I bought a 2008 August 23 and it's been nothing but trouble. The car has been back to the garage on seven occasions since, and I'm still having the same problem ie engine fault and a resultant lose of power. The garages response is book it in and we'll put the diagnostics on it, this cost approx £130 and the result is the problem isn't showing up, which I then have to pay even though it's still under guarantee. I feel completely let down by the company and cannot recommend them to anybody given that they haven't resolved the o going problem. In my opinion the customer service has been appalling.

I found the right car at the right price at Research Garage with an initial no nonsense, pleasurable approach by their sales guy Blake. Handover was completed by Ryan, again a seamless experience, and off i went in my F595 3 days after first setting eyes on it. What's not to like ?

Bought 8 cars from fiat research nuneaton then bought a jaguar F Type - engine light came on - fiat research made an half effort to fix it - in the end they couldnt - there response nip it to jaguar get them to diagnose it ( me paying of course ) and get it fixed under warranty

Went to buy a Stelvio today, they had what I wanted, however it was clear from the outset they did not want to sell it to me. They told me all about the margins they needed to make but not what deal we could put together. When it was clear a sale was not going to be made, they happily let me walk away. Actually there was at least 2 more cars in stock I may have considered. I can’t quite put my finger on why they didn’t want to sell me the car I went to see. My experience seems to match others.

Travelled over from Northern Ireland with my son-in- law Colin to purchase a Kia Sportage Edition 1.7 (2017). Car was exactly as described.Dilan the salesman was able to handle a barage of questions from my son-in- law. Avoid this place !!! - they sold me a car which wasn't fit for purpose, it broke after 6 weeks of using it and I was charge almost £300 as the warranty covers almost nothing. They calculated cost of repair for £700 - and other garages would do it all for half of it or less. I asked for the warranty when I was buying the car and I was told that if anything happen the warranty is there to cover it, no one mentioned even once about min. cover which is £500 and the fact that you would need to pay for the rest- you find out about it when something is wrong with the car. They just don’t tell you the truth before selling the car, all they care is just to sell the car – not how to treat customers.
When I called them to report it I was told that it’s so typical issue with Fiat 500- if it’s so typical why then didn’t check it before selling?
I was offered 50% discount for the next service and MOT- no thank – they can’t even check the car before selling. I bought cars from different dealers and never had any issues – warranty covered total cost of repair and replacement car but at this place you will be charge for everything – even replacement car – total joke – Never Again !!!

Only requested if car had any replacement parts & they won't answer, just state come & view. My last review was removed so they don't like criticism.

I purchased a car a few years ago & had trouble with brakes & to think I was going to purchase again.

Second Stelvio I've bought from Research Garage. Nathan was really helpful in talking me through the numerous engines, specifications and even colours before I made my mind up. Due to a potential delay in having my finance in place, Nathan also went out of his way to line up some alfa finance as an alternative. Everyone is genuinely enthusiastic about the brand and it shows.

Lauren and the team at Research Garage made the whole process of purchasing a used Jeep really easy and straight-forward. I was able to easily organize a test drive, ask lots of questions and was never put under any pressure to purchase the car, or anything additional. The car came cleaned and serviced, couldn’t really ask for more.

Having looked at so many arbarth cars and not finding the car I wanted , I almost gave up , I spotted an arbarth f595 on there website, from first contact to the delivery of my lovely matt gray arbarth f595 , the sales man David, was very professional, and agreed a great deal, my car was delivered and as described in amazing condition, my car didn't have everything I'd agreed to , but David soon resolved the mistakes, my experience with this garage has been first class and I'd highly recommend them if your looking for a great deal and excellent customer service support, you will find it with this dealer, thanks too David and the team for a fabulous f595, what an amazing pocket rocket Nige

Having found a fantastic spec car, I arrived at the dealership having liaised with Dipesh, to be greeted by him and subsequently impressed that the car was in pride of place and in fantastic condition - just as described.

Dipesh and his colleague Saber were both very knowledgable on the marque and model (Alfa Romeo 4C) and that gave huge confidence that the car was as looked after as it could be. They were also active on the owners club FB groups and events - again providing confidence.

The icing on the cake was the warranty available meaning I could buy with piece of mind. Nothing better could have been done in the whole process.

Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Not at all pushy. When I went to collect it it was well presented. I have only had it a day and am still getting used to all the new features but so far it is fine and I am very pleased with it.

Saw a car on line and was met by Blake when I went to the dealership.

He was very professional and nothing was too much of a problem.

Everything that I asked to be be done was completed before purchase and a small issue resolved afterwards
