Riverford Organic Farmers Reviews

The taste and freshness of the fruit and veg is amazing. Also no sprays or pesticides are used.

Great service, friendly deliveries, easy to use app, fabulous fresh produce at a reasonable price. Well done Riverford!

I am delighted with the variety of fruit and vegetables available and also the meat looks great. The reviews are great and I’m very tempted to order particularly the box where swaps can be made, as I’m not fond of every fruit and veg available which is a fantastic idea.
The thing that initially put me off is the extreme slowness of the site especially the loading of the pages one to another. I spent a good hour just being able to see what was available. I will have another look when I I have time but will have to forgo an order for now!

Organic vegetables truly flavoursome nourishing and delightful 😍

I wanted top quality organic food and chose Riverford. I wasn't disappointed, fantastic food and brilliant customer service. Can't wait for my next delivery!

Riverford was recommended to me but before I bought form them, I asked questions about their eggs. They replied openly and honestly that their producers say yes hens are organically fed and free range, but they kill all male chicks like so many other heartless, despicable egg suppliers. There are ways to check the sex of male chick while in the egg, thereby avoiding them hatching and on same day being thrown into mincers, alive. Once seen you will never forget it.

Well Riverford delivered as expected on the day and as usual the food was excellent . Organic food naturally grown is imo much better for us . But being a pensioner I can’t afford to buy from Riverford

Really happy with Riverford goods. Everything comes individually wrapped to keep it at its best.
Easy to navigate website and you are kept up to date with delivery times.
Would strongly recommend anyone to try for yourself.

We are loving our deliveries and find everything fresh and tasty

Love love the organic food. However I wish I had a way to swap what is in the box and we already have and/or don’t like.

Excellent veg & fruit, have really enjoyed the regular dairy produce, and the friendly and reliable driver that delivers it all, thank you :)

The quality of the service unfortunately plummeted, especially in the Stratford area, particularly with the new Thursday slot.

It's been weeks since they stopped retrieving used box, they don't come with the box in front of our door but just abandon it in the building entrance - where everyone can steal it.

We left messages, sent emails, they told us for sure this time things would have been different.

And today, again they abandoned the box in a random unprotected area and didn't retrieve the old ones.

We're really fed up with this, we were clients since 2019 but this is the last time.

You can't prioritise laziness over safety of the product and commitment to your claim of recycling.

Goodbye, since you don't listen to your clients because you think they are pushovers.

3 stars because the product itself is good and I don't want to be unfair. But to us the quality of service is important

I always get excited when box day comes round

Amazing produce with a fantastic delivery. Spot on every week . Thank you

As I am a returning customer perhaps that says all that is needed, I have been very slightly disappointed in one or two of the vegetables in my box as they would not have lasted if I hadn't promptly frozen them? As for the rest I am happy with the quality and service. Am loving the extra items.

The delivery is always punctual, and I really like that the organic food comes in small boxes that can be returned and reused. All the products are fresh, organic, and delicious. The service is reliable, sustainable, and very convenient. I would definitely recommend it!

Great quality and great price! Really nice experience, would 100% recommend over supermarkets!

Only comparison to another box I had is the portion size of the product
