Way better than Abel & Cole (but that's not saying much). Fresh lovely veg, considerate delivery people, would recommend.

Always great products and a great price too. Makes you try different meals. The cook books are both very good too.

Riverford is easily the best veg box service out there. The organic veg is top quality and could not be fresher, the packaging is well thought out and reused!

If you love the environment, delicious veggies and cooking Riverford is the obvious choice.

The app is easier than i anticipated. The fruit and veg is terrific . Each delivery has brought something a bit new or less common to me, or something that I don’t normally buy - sweet corn on the cob , delicious, and radicchio which i cooked with bacon using the Riverford cook book , again delicious - sharp but creamy.

I have nothing but good things to say about Riverford lovely food it comes in the most fabulous packaging would thoroughly recommend

Terrible customer services. Too often we get rotten (or with mould spots) vegetables delivered. Their customer services don't care, and at best will refund, but will keep sending moulded vegetables that are unsafe to eat.
If someone with poor eyesight doesn't notice this, they can get negative health consequences because of Riverford.
We shared photos of mould on just delivered vegetables with them, they don't care.

Highly recommend Riverford! So much choice and great quality. I’ve been receiving my boxes for a couple of months now and never a problem with quality or otherwise. The amounts are very generous. There is even the option to swap vegetables and fruit that you don’t like.

Quality organic veg. Have had a veg box weekly for years. If I go a week without it I get withdrawal symptoms.

Ive had two deliveries now and very disappointing. £2.75 for a bunch of celery, ive had exactly the same from the supermarket for £1.20, lemons past their best, hardly any juice in. Two sweet potatoes for £4.00 ! New potatoes, only 7 small ones in the bag, not enough for a meal, cabbage definately past its best, cucumber the same. Wont be ordering again.

We have used Riverford for a few weeks now and really pleased with the quality of the produce, which arrives very fresh and so much flavour compared to supermarket produce. Have ordered vegetables, fruit and meat. When you first use Riverford they share helpful emails to get you started on how things work. The app is easy to use and you can add things as a one off or regular orders, set boxes which come in different sizes or specific items, so very flexible. There is a "swap items" box option, which allows you to swap certain items. Have used this when we still had items to use up from a previous order. You get a reminder before the weekly cut off to place an order and helpful information about what's new and in season. Delivery is free if you order a box or place an order of £20 or more. You can pause deliveries if you want to. The choice of produce is really good and you can see the origin e.g. UK for seasonal produce or further afield. You can read about the various suppliers and get recipe ideas. Packaging is environmentally friendly, can be recycled, compostable. Chilled produce is packed with ice packs and wool cool insulation. Once you place your order, you are kept up to date on order and delivery status which is great. We feel Riverford is good value, especially due to the quality of the produce which stays fresh for so much longer, so no waste unlike buying items from a supermarket. We want to eat as much organic produce as we can and using Riverford makes it easy to do this. Would definitely recommend.

Just cancelled my deliveries with Riverford after two years and spending over £1.5k... They've recently changed the delivery schedules and have been delivering to be between 5-6am. Not sure what they are thinking when people need to sleep and go into the office! My order was left outside and stolen because of the early deliver, no flexibility offered on delivery times.

I love receiving these boxes, beautifully presented, fresh veg, in the newsletter with the box there's a recipe and storage info for the food etc, and it said some random customers will get a magazine, I knew I wouldn't get one, but... Under the veg... turned out I was a random selection, I was over the moon, it made my day, excellent articles, to get my taste buds rolling for this veg, cannot fault this company in any way, they knock it out of the field!

My experience of Riverford has been nothing short of spectacular. To know who has grown the food on my plate is worth every penny - I make sacrifices to ensure I can do this as it’s important to me. I just wish we had a Riverford in every town to make it even easier for everyone to have good honest food.

Riverford veg tastes absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent. Great delivery service and the veg boxes are packed with ice to keep the produce fresh.

I have enjoyed receiving our weekly Riverford delivery. Our Driver is lovely, the fruit and veg is delicious and knowing that I am feeding my family organic, farm fresh fruit and vegetables is incredibly reassuring. The vegetables and salad quite often arrive with soil on it but I like that, it's the way it should be!
