This is by far the best online grocery shop I’ve come across! Everything is just perfect 👌 — from the packaging and taste to the delivery. I honestly can’t praise you enough. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for: a place where I can feel confident that I’m eating healthy, knowing the food is organically grown and carefully looked after.

You can really feel the heart and care you put into everything, and it’s absolutely amazing. ❤️

I know the prices are higher, but healthy food has no price tag. Thank you for everything! And I’m absolutely obsessed with the plum yoghurt! 😍

Had a few deliveries now and have to say i am very impressed with the vegetables I’ve received. You can tell that they are very fresh unlike supermarket vegetables. Delivery is nice and early in the morning and left in my safe place. Great that you can return the cardboard boxes as they can be reused up to 10 times. Slightly more expensive than supermarkets but well worth it. Great range of fruit and vegetables and other items to choose from. 10/10 from me. Also you can choose when you get your box, whether it be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

The food like vegetables and fruit taste great. Meat is good quality and delivery always early which i like.

It started out good but then started to received poor quality food. A few times we’d open a bag of potatoes and find them rotten, chicken that had gone off but was within the use-by date. I get it, organic food will perish quicker, that’s fine, but adjust your use-by dates so that the consumer can eat it when it is still edible. The other problem is customer service, it’s awful. They take no responsibility for the issues, even gaslit me about the chicken. Told me that they explicitly say to freeze meat when receiving it, suggesting that it’s my fault that the chicken was inedible within its use-by date. I asked them where I could find this information about freezing it when receiving it, because I couldn’t
find it on their website. Didn’t receive a response. Says it all really. Shame. We’ve ended up cancelling our subscription because of the terrible customer service.

Riverfront services are very helpful and clear and their products are genuinely fresh and organic and delivered with care so I am very satisfied with everything they do.

It’s brought the joy back into cooking , lovely fresh tasty fruit & veg . The whole family have definitely noticed a difference. Great to have the cook books especially that they are seasonal. The very handy booklets with each veggie box , giving you tips on how to cook & what herbs & spices complement them. We have actually saved money & no wasted food which is definitely a good thing all round

Placed an order for the first time in a while (just hadn’t used them for a while). I was supposed to get a free ‘veg and table’ book however it didn’t arrive.

Having had an issue I found you can’t get through to them. Phone just goes to extended wait and advises to use live chat.

Live chat says wait of near 10 minutes, but you wait and can’t get through.

And problems and issues and you are on your own. It never used to be like this.

Great quality & variety of veg & fruit, with excellent value jumbo bags of apples during the glut too. Boxes are good value but it’s also very easy to go ‘à la carte’ if you want to make your own choices. Customer service is outstanding - any errors are corrected or credited immediately.

Delicious, fresh, local produce delivered from the fields to your door. I use my Thermomix and use up what's in season, adapting Riverford's delicious recipes. Fruits need to be used same day sometimes, so check your delivery immediately. Nothing has preservatives. Lots needs washing. But it's all British and organic and supports our farmers x

The quality is excellent and, the website is easy to use. I am delighted I started to use Riverford. I love that I can read about where my products come from and that all packaging is collected from me at the next week delivery. The fruit and vegetables do seem to last longer as well. I recommended this to my sister and she is now a customer and equally happy.

Having the fresh organic veg some of which I’ve never had before is getting me to check out new recipes that I’ve not used before, and I’m enjoying this new recipe experience, made some great tasty dishes.
Veg has been good especially potatoes

They deliver every week with fresh vegetables. So !sucmuch better than supermarkets.delivery always very polite and brings the box into my kitchen.
