RJ Living Reviews

Refused to refund a replacement item that turned up with the same major fault (drawers won't open) as the first one.
They use a review company (Okendo) that only publishes fake positive reviews and deletes negative ones.

Update 10-Oct: I have emailed with RJ Living about my experience, explaining why I feel the above is an honest opion and worthy feedback for others to be aware of. We both hope to resolve the outstanding issues asap, despite my non agreement with the proposed resolution at this time.

The ordering process was quick and easy. RJ Living advised when the article was available for pickup and invited me to book a suitable time to collect. The pickup process was smooth and easy. In terms of the product it’s very nice and of great quality

High quality materials, wood finish true to colour and good construction. Not even any need to construct ourselves which was a plus! Would order again from RJ living

Everyone at RJ living was helpful, professional and the follow up after delivery was a really nice touch
We love our furniture and dealing with staff and the couriers was fabulous
Thanks RJ team

Courteous and very helpful at the show room. Accomodating to a delayed delivery. Delivery team were super friendly and communicated timeframes very well. The beds and bed side tables purchased were all beautiful, sturdy and super simple to assemble.

beautiful cushions! incredible colours. amazing fabric and so comfortable and soft. Quick delivery and great service.

Love the material and design. The only downside is that the doors don’t align properly, and the rattan doesn’t quite match up with the frame

Love RJ living and their quality of homewares. Both cushions arrived within days and look stunning on your new couch!

Excellent built shelf and remarkable packaging to ensure it arrives safely. Put it up quickly and it looks great.

Very well priced item for the quality. Some miscommunication regarding delivery however customer service provided clarity on the status of my item promptly which is important when working on behalf of clients.

Terrific bed. We love it. Highly recommend.

Amazing product! Truly enhances any space & fantastic quality.

We love our new couch. Great quality and style at an affordable price point

Amazing quality, beautiful design and colour! We are obsessed with our new Doze King Bed in Copenhagen Forest. We love RJ Living's designs, and have been eyeing off beds for a long time. During EOFY sales, we bit the bullet and decided this forest green bed was the perfect option to match our dark wood, mid century furniture pieces. Perfect centrepiece for our bedroom :)

Bought the table from the photo on line and we can’t be happier with the product! I absolutely love it and also the delivery was quick and the removals took the packaging away and set the table up. I highly recommend this company.

Beautiful quality and easy to install. Looks fabulous!

The service was great, as was the communication after the sale.
Love the sideboard - well made and beautiful!

I finally have a moment to sing your praises of Riz and the Trade team of RJ Living. The quality of the furniture and delivery team were fantastic!

But the most unforgettable part of the entire process, Riz, was your excellence. At every point of contact.

The excitement and obvious love for those working at RJ Living is apparent. My entire project was coordinated in another state and I would not hesitate in using or recommending Rj Living to Interior Designers nation wide.

Great service. Pleasant sale staff. Happy with purchase

If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Buyer Beware.
I purchased a $3000 rug, before purchasing I checked their refund/return policy on their website and it states they HAPPILY offer returns/refunds within 7 days (no mention of anything else) we have just purchased a new house so was going by floor plans. Come delivery of the rug, it doesn’t fit the room, I wanted to change for the smaller size. Under their ‘terms and conditions’ which no one reads and is in a completely different section to ‘we happily accept returns’ it states they take a 30% re stocking fee.
Their customer service is disgusting. They offered no solution even tho I just wanted to change the rug for the smaller size 1 HOUR AFTER RECEIVING. They wanted to charge me a $900 re stocking fee. Do not buy from them.
Absolutely terrible.
