The worst company order 1-2 day dispatch to have it shipped 12 days later and told up to 20 days delivery time with no tracking - buyer beware taking them to the ACCC.

I've purchased a dining table and 6 chairs from RJ Living, they are absolutely stunning and beautiful quality. Although one chair arrived damaged, Donna from customer support was extremely attentive and helpful, immediately organising a replacement and pickup of the damaged chair. Such a smooth process. Amazing service all round, and so happy with my new dining area.

This coffee table honestly changed the whole vibe of our living room. It made the space feel warmer, cozier, and way more inviting. The oak finish adds such a nice natural touch, and it really ties everything together. Every time someone visits, it’s one of the first things they notice.

Fantastic experience with RJ Living. The furniture looks even better in person, delivery was smooth, and the quality is excellent. Really happy with the whole process and would definitely order again.

Great couch and helpful service in the showroom!

Absolutely terrible company to shop with. I received a Stella console table that had a hole in the back, cracks in the terrazzo top, chips of veneer falling off, scrapes and peeling of wood to the draw edgings and corners. I sent an email straight away (within 10 minutes of receiving the item) with plenty of photos. It took days for the company to acknowledge me (I had to chase them for a response). After a week of back and forth, the company offered me a $800 partial refund to to keep the object (it was over $2000). I explained I wanted a refund and to return the faulty item. The company stated they couldn’t give me a refund until the item had reached their warehouse, was inspected by their team and then it would still take 5-7 days for the refund to hit. I proceeded with this option as it was the only one they were giving me. They told me to wrap the item in towels or packaging that I purchase myself (for a faulty item that is their fault). The courier was booked in to pick up the item. No surprise, the courier did not show up to pick the item up when it was scheduled. The company now haven’t responded to my emails but the earliest that the courier company can pick the item up again is one week away; meaning any kind of refund is at least 4 weeks away from the date of delivery - for a faulty item. I had to chase the courier company too, RJ living did not.
Kathleen has been awful to deal with, no real help and doesn’t answer the questions asked. I have put a PayPal dispute in which the company has also ignored.
I would never purchase from this company again.

I have visited the RJ Living showroom twice in that past month and have had the most amazing customer experience.
I have recently relocated and your Stylist Anna Harris helped me select the best furniture options for all my rooms . Her attention to detail and how to maximise space and which furniture would suit best including furnishing accessories and rugs was absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend her . Can’t wait for the products to arrive especially the bedroom which will look stunning I’m sure

We were happy to be able to see the item in the Hawthorn store, order on line and wait 4 - 6 weeks for the items to be available. However coming closer to the expected delivery date we could not find anyone who could let us know the date of delivery. Additionally, the date on line for delivery with the order changed regularly with no explanation, sometimes more than once on the same day. In frustration we contacted a local person who endeavoured to do their best to assist us with a delivery and they seemed to be no wiser than us. Out of the blue after numerous telephone calls we got a messafe from a delivery company checking that a delivery date was suitable. This was confirmed on the same day, and we did finally take delivery in September. Our unit was on a truck with other units and ours had a packing slip with a different name and address. I was assured this would not be a problem because all units on the truck were the same.
I made contact with the local person to thank them for their help and advise that the unit was delivered on Sept 2nd - (12 weeks from order date) They seemed surprised that the delivery had taken place and thanked me for the feedback. It seems to me there is a disconnect between the call centre in The Phillipines, the store in Melbourne, the delivery company and the information on ETA on line. As a consumer this is very unsettling and confusing not alleviated by any telephone conversations, particulaly when we had paid for the unit in full on June 10th.
I am pleased to say the unit is in place in our home and does enhance the room, but the experience between July (when we expected delivery) and September could have been a lot better.

Very good quality product that’s sturdy, well made and is better than my expectation. the delivery men were also very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond with their services. Couldn’t be happier and pleased!

The loop dining table is absolutely lovely and works so well with our space. It is solid wood and the legs on the angle are great for extra seats around the table.

Being oval really makes the space look bigger too!
