RJ Living Reviews

Beautiful, well made table. Perfect size for 6 chairs. Delivery service was excellent.

Prompt delivery and great customer service

I am so disappointed in my experience with RJ Living. After very difficult months, with there being issues with shipping and RJ Livings customer services not following up on the multiple delays, i received the bedside tables. Unfortunately the marble are so different in the tables it looks like completely different products. It's such a disappointment when you pay thousands of dollars for a bedside table for it not to match each other at all. When raising the issue, RJ Living suggested I could return the item at my own cost minus a stocking fee of 30% as it's not a fault or issue in their eyes that bedside tables that are bought as a set for one room doesn't look the same.

Loving our new Groove display cabinet by Ode Design from RJ Living. Flexible delivery, super helpful customer service and delivery staff, and a top quality product for a very reasonable price considering the quality - highly recommend! One of many RJ Living prices in our collection and we’ll be back!

Ordered four black stools. One arrived damage and was replaced within a week. Good customer service and communication.

Kind Regards, Paul

Super helpful staff who got me out of a (probably) self created pick-up dilemma as I live 4 1/2 hours away. Christine solved my problem and arranged a time for pick-up. She and the other staff I interacted with from RJ both in person at the sales shop and over the phone could not have been more friendly or helpful. Thank you.

Amazing customer service and a really beautiful, timeless piece of furniture!

Ordered online, easy. Delivery terrific and helpful. Item didn’t disappoint we’re really happy either the piece. Previous photos we’d looked at matched what was delivered. Solid build.

Arrived in a timely fashion and a quality item.

Christine and the team at RJ Living delivered a seamless end to end experience. Communication about delivery timelines was always proactive and effortless, and every interaction felt genuinely customer centred.

Also, support while we were choosing our furniture was invaluable. Very knowledgeable, patient, and spot on with recommendations.
We’re absolutely thrilled with the table and chairs!

We’ll be back, and we’ll be recommending RJ Living to others. Outstanding work and Thank you

Simple process, quality product, easy delivery

I can’t express how impressed I am with RJ Living. The best customer service I've ever had! Christine was so helpful when I marked my table, she sourced oil for me to fix it and followed up to make sure it was okay. Gorgeous furniture too!

Very happy with my purchase from RJ Living. And even more impressed with the excellent customer service I received. Fast response times and shipping updates

Sarah from the showroom is so great and has great taste

The Loft stools are beautifully made and comfortable. The oak looks great and the narrower dimensions are perfect for a small counter overhang. They came well packaged and I appreciate the care instructions available on the website.

The quality of this rug is amazing, thick & luxurious - I think we made a bit of a mistake with the colour as it’s very brown, but totally our choice.

Beautiful cushions from RJ living.
Great customer service and fast shipping. Would definitely recommend

We are so happy with our new lounge. Very comfortable and looks beautiful by our pool.
