Well made external awning blinds for GU type Velux windows
Well made blinds, easy enough to install although supplied with instructions which focus more on drawn images rather than accompanying these with written step by step instructions. However, we found a video on a well know media platform which really helped. Initial delivery was delayed due to demand but the website did make it clear that this could happen at the time of ordering. The blinds have definitely helped reduce the heat by a few degrees during recent excessive hot weather.

Delivery on time. Precisely the right size and type as ordered. Installation was straightforward when following the enclosed Velux instructions. (Slowly and carefully of course.) Makes a big difference at my home office desk. Only regret is that I had not placed my order before the summer!

Good customer care
It was great to find Roof blinds offered the same high quality velux blinds and accessories at a reduced price..I wasn't bombarded with excessive emails and updates. There was a problem with one of the blinds which was instantly rectified and a replacement issued.
I would like to see less packaging as every item came individually boxed. In addition some items were to follow but this was not communicated very well.
Overall excellent quality, price and good customer care.

Blind arrived earlier than stated
Blind arrived earlier than stated, fitting instructions were easy to follow all be it with a few screws left over.
Blind works perfectly and achieves the aim of keeping heat out.

The web site has been made really easy…
The web site has been made really easy to navigate and place your order - once you have the correct code for your window (found on it's specification plate) i.e. GGL 104.
The order took a couple of weeks to be delivered but communication was excellent throughout.
The blinds themselves where original Velux manufactured items, beautifully constructed and fitted perfectly.
