We have just had our gutters facier & soffit replaced Mark & Nathen have done a first class job & nothing was to much trouble cleaned up after them it has made a big difference to the outside of our property thank you we would definitely recommend Roofriendly

The company's Rep who came to explain the company's products in detail was very 'personable' and informative.
Having agreed our overall contract to replace all first floor windows and balcony door tjhis was timetabled swiftly.
On the day of execution the two personnel arrived on time, were very personable while carryong out removal of all double glazed window frames and panes along with the door too.
They then set to work installing the news framework for the tripple glazed replacements taking great care of established fittings and decorations such that nothing needed attention once their job was finished.
Highly recommended!

A family member just had Triple glazed windows fitted, the product is excelled and is cutting their heating bills also noise reduction, the fitter went that extra mile to ensure satisfaction

A very enjoyable process. The two surveyors and the fitter were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and precise.
And the resultant drop in noise from the new windows was noticeable immediately.

I would definitely not recommend this company as they failed to turn up for an agreed appointment on the 27th November 2025 @ 16.00 for a door survey despite confirming they would attend. They have not responded to emails, txt, fb as to why they failed to attend.
UPDATE !!!!
They've just responded to my review, guess what they're now trying to blame me for not answering a call the evening before to confirm the appointment the following day, well I can categorically say that alleged call NEVER took place and I have my phone records to back me up. !!!!
You are lying, !! if this is the standard of your customer service then I'm glad you did not get my business.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable on all products and helpful with offering advice and recommendations to ensure that the products provided were energy efficient and within our budget. A real positive experience and would highly recommend.

Had a triple glazed widow fitted, made a great job of it and cleaned up afterwards. The overall service provided by Roofriendly was spot on very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Having another window fitted this January. Triple glazing is a game changer, keeps so much heat in.

Excellent service. I had Jamie visit and provide a quote, which I excepted and then a couple of weeks later I had Graeme visit for a survey.
Both gentlemen were polite and very professional and now I am looking forward to having my new windows.

Absolutely love my doors, from measuring to ordering and fitted they kept in contact with me to let me know when they had arrived and when they were fitting.

Graeme was round again, fascias this time. We had him last year for windows and are very happy

Cold call today from Roofriendly salesman; I politely said sorry, but I was eating and wasn’t interested anyway, but the salesman continued to thrust a leaflet in my hand and launched into his pitch; when I further attempted to tell him that my Husband had plans to do roof repairs himself, he very rudely sneered that there were bits falling off, and continued to speak over me; eventually, I told him sorry (again) but I was in the middle of eating and closed the door, while he still carried on talking outside. I would suggest some training for this salesman, to address his aggressive and offensive manner - this is clearly not an acceptable or productive communication style for any company to have representing their business.

Just been cold called on my doorstep by this company. Their dales person was rude and arrogant. Would never use them.

Fantastic product ( front composite door) and a brilliant range of products at a reasonable cost.
Everybody from the admin team, fitters and all others involved made the process of having a new door fitted seamless. There was a slight bit of remedial work required after fitting however they came out, did it straight away and the fitter Jack was brilliant.

We've recently had our windows ordered and fitted by Roofriendly and couldn't be happier with the service.
The team did a fantastic job from start to finish, they were incredibly thorough, tidy, and professional.
We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality windows and fitting.
