Excellent service. I ordered a Tag Heuer watch at 2pm on Wednesday. Watch delivered by 10:20 the following day. Chloe responded to my questions promptly. Bracelet strap adjusted to my size. Thrilled and a great price.

Stay away at all cost!

My husband bought my engagement ring in good faith that he was buying a high quality ring. One of the side diamonds had fallen out, I was devastated. Then the main diamond had fallen out. We phoned rox to explain what had happened to be told it’s because you haven’t had the ring cleaned which was so insulting as we had only had it for 2.5 years and the first side stone had fallen out after a month of having the ring.
We had a specialist look at the ring and he said the band has been made faulty and weak and this needs to go back to the company that made the ring as it was made faulty the the first place.

We took the ring back to Rox which they confirmed the band and setting will need replacing and quoted a lot of money for this to be replaced!

This is absolutely absurd that Rox can sell faulty goods and charge customers to fix just because it’s out of warranty.

Just to Note from your below unsatisfactory and insulting response, the first side stone fell out after one month. I stopped wearing the ring after the big stone fell out in 2019. So you are saying after one month of wear the stone is ok to fall out?
I have been wearing my grandmas engagement ring which is over 80 years old and never had a problem.

Plus a time limit on collection was never mentioned.

Helen made our experience so easy! We live in Spain but whilst living in the UK my partner purchased my engagement ring at Rox! Helen communicated to us via WhatsApp, sending me pictures of the matching wedding ring. Our visits to the UK were very fleeting but the service was excellent 💕 We were recognised whenever we went in and everything worked out great! We are now back in Spain with two stunning wedding rings! I would highly recommend Helen and our Rox experience, a very personal touch 💕

Having been a customer of Rox previously when I bought my engagement, I decided to go back again for my eternity ring. It was a lovely experience I felt very valued as a customer ( even though it had been many years ago) Excellent value and quality from a trusted and professional jewellers

We called into Liverpool shop before Xmas looking for a diamond necklace and the young lad called Euan was really good ,lots of patients with us getting a few different ones out and explaining about each necklace and diamond , they offered us a drink and we purchased a 1 carrot gold necklace , but they offered us this before they new we were going to buy one , what a gorgeous shop and staff they really were lovely and friendly

Fantastic experience when purchasing diamond earrings in Liverpool store. Jessica was amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable & patient while I decided. Myself, sister & mum were all treated to fizz without any pressure to buy. I’d popped in to look, I left with beautiful earrings which I’ve worn almost every day since! It was a really fun experience & I would definitely recommend the company & Jessica!

Oredering was easy, delivered on time and nicely wrapped, unfortunately the bracelet arrived with a very tight knot in it. Will have to take it to a jewellers to see if they can get it out without breaking it.
