Lo que no me gustó es que no me avisaran que el pedido ya estaba expedido i que no me dijeran que tenia que añadir las tasas de aduana al precio del pedido. Tuve que mirar yo un montón de veces el tracking del producto. Por lo demás bien.

I’ve used the Royal Mint for years, always with great service.
Yesterday i had to contact customer service as i had an account issue, i received a reply first thing this morning solving my problem, what more could you want.

Wanted a Wedding Present and the website was easy to follow - quickly identified what I wanted.
Ordering was very easy and the item was despatched very quickly and received safely.
Delighted with the item and will certainly use Royal Mint again.

I will NEVER buy from Royal Mint again. I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my ORDER (ordered 16th June) and each time I phone Customer Service they lie to me, saying it's about to be despatched. Today is 23rd July and still no sign of my order. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. They are sitting on my investment, which is depriciating daily at the moment. I wanted to sell but they are depriving me of the opportunity.. .THERE IS NO COMPLAINT PROCESS. My money is stuck. As far as I can tell they ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. BUYERS BEWARE.

I regularly purchase from the Royal Canadian Mint and when the advertisement on InstaGram was for the Royal Mint I felt it would be as reliable if not more so than our Canadian institution. True to fact the order was delivered in a timely fashion and my purchases where actually better than I expected. Would recommend to any one any where. Thank you for the additions to my collections.

You need to revise your postage charges i think your ripping people off when your customers are spending large amounts of money

I ordered the 5 Pound Silver Pink Floyd Dark Side of The Moon coin. I received the coin very quickly. Very quickly. The shipping packaging was top shelf. The coin is stunning. The box it displays in is a perfect display for such a stunning coin. Thank you for yet another gorgeous coin to add to my collection.

The ordering process was very customer friendly, communication was excellent and the product I purchased arrived promptly and as expected. The only negative in my mind was the cost of the product relative to the spot price of silver.

I got a silver proof coin from the Royal Mint.
Sadly, it got a defect.
The only way to get a replacement one is to send it back, have it reviewed by their team, and maybe after this long process, if the team decides it is indeed a defect, I will get a new one, but this is not guaranteed.
Subscribing to a 7 coins collection over 3 years only to get the first one with a defect is disappointing.
