Hoka shoes were pre-worn.
Hoka shoes were pre-worn.
I thought I was buying new but shoes were soiled from previous wear. There was no indication from the company that the shoes were 2nd hand items so naturally I was disappointed.
I may have bought elsewhere if I had known or expected a reduction as you would expect on eBay etc when buying used

It looks like you've left the review on the wrong page. We are rugby-heaven.co.uk and it seems you've ordered from rugbyhaven.com. We're sorry to hear about your awful experience but would appreciate if you could remove your review as we are a family run business in South Wales not rugbyhaven.com
Birthday gift

This company is a scam I ordered a jersey on 31st of January and still hasn't arrived. No contact worth talking about. Luckily I had my money returned after reporting it to PayPal. Do not buy from them.

Item not received and no customer support
Purchased an item from Rugby Heaven through Decathlon's website. The item has not been received. Royal Mail tracking proves this. They are not helping and are not interested in refunding.
Edit: they now claim that this review does not belong to them. As stated, the product was dispatched by Rugby Heaven, having purchased through Decathlon's website.
