So pleased that you are happy with the quality and the customer service and we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review
Good quality and true to size
This is the third time I’ve bought rugs from Ruggles and they always seem good quality and fit true to size.
The main reason I bought from Ruggles initially was because of the large tail flap and trigger clip fastenings at the chest. The majority of other makes have buckles only and small tail flaps. For the price I was pleasantly surprised at the quality which is why I ordered again.
The first rug I bought 2 years ago is still going strong and is worn by a very enthusiastic roller.

Thank you so much for your detailed review and we are very pleased to hear that your first rug is still going strong despite the 'roller' and that you have been happy with your subsequent purchases
Lightweight turnout combo…
Bought the lightweight turnout combo for my donkey. Fits him well. Very quick delivery and the staff were very polite and helpful when I phoned with a sizing query. Also bought the lycra donkey hood with ears which are a good size so he’s a happy donk now.

Thank you for the review. We have had half necks rugs in the past but it has been a difficult few years for manufacture. With regard to the colours we are trying to get two colour choices at least in all rugs but again due to the quantities of fabric we have to purchase per colour it takes time but hopefully 2023 will prove a little easier.
Great service !
Great service I ordered to the wrong address resulting in it being returned to Ruggles but they turned it round to the correct address quickly. My wife and her heavy cob are very pleased with the rug which fits perfectly!

Very highly recommended
Bought off Ruggles many times having been recommended their items especially for donkeys for the brilliant fit. Their rugs truly are the best on the market I've found for donkeys - perfect fit for their short legs. the rugs are very well made and great quality - they last winter season after winter season, it's just that the number of donkeys increases so we keep buying more rugs! Would most definitely highly recommend to anyone for both donkey and horse rugs, as my horses wear their rugs too!

My minis love ruggles
I bought rugs from ruggles again and again because quality of rugs is just cannot compare to what I can find in the US. And on top of that Diane is always willing to help with finding the best shipping option and pick the rugs from the warehouse and take the to the post office. If this is not going above and beyond, I don’t know what is! I recommend is company wholeheartedly. And the rugs lasts a long time. I’ve used 2 for three seasons now. I replaced all my minis rugs with ruggles little by little. :)

I’ve been buying from Ruggles rugs for a long time now and have always experienced great customer service. I’ve recently bought the smallest size rug for my new mini Shetland 2’9” and they are lovely fitting. I buy a lot of the Lycra fly masks as my piebald rescue cob can’t get them off! I love it when I buy all 3 of my horses something that matches from shire to cob to mini Shetland. Thank you Ruggles

100% would recommend
Ruggles is my go to for all my rugs from my tiny minis to competition horses! The rugs are extremely reasonably priced and the best quality, they look fab and last forever, they come up as good as new every time they are washed. They fit perfectly with lots of room for adjustment, never had any problem with rubbing. I would always recommend 100% to anyone looking for any size horse/pony. Delivery is always fast, and customer service fantastic.

Thank you for your message. We are considered to be fairly true on our sizing with no more than 1/2-1" either side of the rug size stated. We are disappointed about your comment on the communication and customer service - please could you advise the name you purchased under as we cannot find the name Lockton on our database so we can investigate further. We aim to respond to all communications within one working day.
