they are scamming people, there are hundreds of people on their facebook page who have got their account blocked without any reason or if there’s a reason the sadapay is not responding to them, their helpline is denying every possible solution by saying they dont have information on anything not even transactions and can only be addressed by email address or even facebook page, if you ask about their office they get hesitate, they have been in touch for 24/7 they will reply your email with some of their own wordings and automatic generated answers but wont transfer your money to alternate account it is about to be month and they are just giving lame excuses

I had an account with Sadapay and used my Sadapay Mastercard to subscribe to TwitterX Bluetick. After the first month, I decided not to renew my subscription, so I froze my card to prevent any further charges. Despite this, TwitterX repeatedly attempted to charge my card, which was automatically declined because it was frozen. This cycle continued for a week, and I continued to receive notifications.

Then, I got an email from Sadapay stating that my account would be suspended. I explained to their team that I had frozen my card specifically to block any payments to TwitterX. However, they informed me that this violated their terms and conditions, and I needed to complete a form to request a refund. I filled out the form five or six times and contacted them via email multiple times, but after more than a month, I still haven’t received my refund.

Each time I reached out, they assured me that my inquiry would be addressed within one business day, yet nothing has been resolved. I'm extremely disappointed with Sadapay customer service, and I’m sharing this experience as a caution for others. I typically don't post reviews, but I want people to avoid this app due to its poor service and handling of customer concerns.

I had a account of Sadapay
My account has been restricted due to decline transaction by my side. I understand this may be the security from Sadapay team but it’s past 18 days still my money is not refunded from sadapay. I already filled the form about Two different times for refund my amount but there is still not received. Sorry to say but very disappointed with this behaviour.
If account was to be secure or restrict they should give me the time so I would have transfer my money.

The app was very useful, but due to some recent changes in their polices they have messed up everything, their customer support is shittiest support that I have ever experienced, no proper contact features in place, while your money is stuck, you aren’t allowed to contact support

SadaBiz was good service and it was life changing for freelancers but they down this service without any ETA.

All they do is say "sorry, our team will get back to you shortly". And they've been saying it for like around.. yeah 3 months!!

My experience with Sada Pay is very worst. An unauthorized payment of 50,000 has been deducted 🤬from my account and after that when I put a claim that you need to file a dispute regarding that so I didn't get any response from them. I need to try to connect with them but they dropped my call and not respond me on the chat support😡. So much bad customer service. Worst App 👎👎👎👎👎 Kindly don't used Sada Pay because it's only cause loss of business. 🤬😡🤬😡

My account got restricted. I tried to contact them and after many tries I was able to contact them. They did not give any reason that why my account got restricted and said that my issue will be resolved in 2-3 working days. Additionally they said that they have put me on first priority list. Its been like 3 weeks that my issue remains the same. I tried to contact them through support and help feature in their app but no reply. I also tried to contact them through email but no reply. I called them on their phone number but every time they put me on hold and even after 10 minutes they don't pick my phone.
I am a freelancer and can't bear such delays. A sufficient amount of mine is stuck in the wallet of sadapay. I am totally frustrated and exhausted by their services. They have a very poor customer support services. Worst experience ever. Writing this review to suggest others to never go with their services especially if you are a freelancer.

Terrible customer service with useless robotic responses. Card delivery was fast but now they "temporarily restrict" your account if a few transactions get declined and refuse to offer any solution.

My experience with sadapay is very bad. First they deducted my amount which i wanted to transfer. When the receiver didnt get the amount after 2 hours. They sent back to me without letting me know. poor service, not trustworthy

They are worst support services and have No policies that which no one has.

They blocked my account and not releasing my money which is in the account.

I emailed them several times they are not even responding.

They are very idiot and terrible guys running SadaPay company. I hate their customer service and also I hate them because of their terrible statements. They just blocked my account of the reason which is not mentioned anywhere in the world.
