I should start by stating that my hearing is very poor on the phone and I am waiting for a cochlear implant.I was expecting to complete the contract online or by email.I was forced to make a phone call. I could not tell what the lady was saying so I passed over to my wife who also vould not tell what she was saying. As I had already completed the details online and seen all the small print,supposidly, it all seemed rather pointless and went on for about half an hour. Otherwise very good.

My policy auto renewed and I have been…
My policy auto renewed and I have been trying to make contact with the Safeguard ahead of this as I have taken out a new policy elsewhere but you cannot get hold of anyone on the phone and web chat. They have taken out a new credit agreement for the policy with Premfina and are adding charges as I also cancelled the direct debit to not renew but no one for Premfina or Safeguard answer the phone. I have tried the Webchat also a few times but either takes so long for someone to reply or it times out. It is not acceptable.
