I ordered some replacement parts for my x450, which is an excellent barbecue. One of the parts was damaged in transit but the Customer Service team sent a replacement out immediately and their communication was excellent

Previously had contacted the company to purchase a replacement part. None in stock at that time but was contacted later and able to buy replacement part.

Needed a replacement part (Vapour Bars) for a 9-year-old BBQ (othewise still in perfect condition, looks new). On the Sahara website, I found the part I needed quickly, placing the order was quick and painless, the delivery was speedy and courteous, and product is excellent quality. Thanks Sahara!

Sahara BBQ emergency!
We recently opened up our Sahara BBQ after using it last summer, it had all been cleaned down and safely weatherproofed for the winter, however, we noticed that the bamboo trays were unfortunately covered in mould that had penetrated the wood and I was concerned about serving food from them going forwards. I contacted customer support and they were amazing, very quickly sorting this out and sending over new trays to replace the mouldy ones free of charge. Great communication from the get go and we are so pleased with the result. We will be sure to take the bamboo trays in at the end of this summer to ensure there are no repeat issues this year!
I really can't promise the customer service enough! Amazing!

The barbecue arrived very well…
The barbecue arrived very well packaged, however I did not have time to assemble before going away. I have assembled now and note that, despite the packaging the 'sink had a slight dent making it difficult to insert the drip tray below.
