Excellent staff response couldn’t fault it and speedy delivery faster then Amazon sometimes not so happy when I rang up today with a very grumpy staff member trying to ask them to correct invoice for me u have to be patient with customers and show understanding I felt no of that today and I spent over 2 grand on machinery ! How ever the problem was sorted speedily

I have recently bought 3 Stihl cordless items from this company.
I have found their customer service to be exemplary, which sadly is a rarity these days. They are easy to contact by phone and extremely helpful and knowledgeable which is what you want when spending hundreds of pounds. Emails are answered same day and couldn’t be more helpful giving answers to all questions asked.
Their prices are very fair and worth paying a few pounds more for the superb service and prompt delivery. Keep it up.

Placed order online at 1230 yesterday with standard 3 - 5 day delivery, arrived in Canterbury today before 1330.

This is a review of their online shop. Products are offered at competitive prices and are shipped out very quickly. I'm very happy with the goods I ordered from them.

Very impressed with the online service. Bought a ceramic bird bath from them and it was delivered early the next day. Bird bath arrived well packaged and secure.

Poor experience. The company entered into a clear and binding contract with me to supply twelve tines at a quoted price. I confirmed the pricing with them beforehand, so there was no ambiguity or misunderstanding. They took my payment and then delivered only one item.

Although the sum involved was modest and did not justify the time and cost of pursuing legal redress, the principle remains: having accepted payment and confirmed the order, they were under a clear obligation to fulfil it. Their decision to renege suggests a rather cavalier attitude toward contractual and customer obligations.

To their credit, the necessary refund was made promptly and without dispute. But I nonetheless wasted a couple of weeks and was left with a very negative impression.

Wouldn’t allow me to send my Review after completion wanted to transfer me over to either Apple or Google don’t know why?

Tried to buy some galvanised gates and posts on 2 occasions. The web site declines delivery to Stanhope, just 24miles from the Piercebridge store. Delivery was agreed, but it took a 2nd phone call, as the 1st did not get back to me. Once delivery was agreed, the service was good, and the value reasonable.
For smaller items, the store is excellent, as is the cafe.

Staff are not at all helpful, too busy chatting to each other to deal with customers. Almost like the customer is a nuisance. Was nearly overcharged by £10, until I said the price could not be correct, because the assistant was so busy chatting to another assistant, he was ‘trigger happy with the till’. Plants are very overpriced. Feel like the cafe is also overpriced and staff can’t really be bothered with you when it is getting near closing time.

I bought a Huskvarna 305e Nera from this company there was a fault with the base station they immediately replaced it in two days and helped with the reconfiguration I can only say the customer service is five star well done. I very rarely write reports up this lot are good!
