Terrible Experience – Selling Fake Products
I purchased what was advertised as Gucci Floral perfume from this website, and what arrived was clearly fake—complete with sticker labels on the bottle. After doing some research, I was able to confirm it was a counterfeit product. I had to file a dispute to get my money back, which was an unnecessary hassle.

In addition to selling fake products, the courier service was awful. The package was mishandled, and I had to contact multiple parties myself to track it down. The website did nothing to help. Overall, this website is a scam—I highly recommend avoiding it. Do not order anything from here.

Don't ever waste any money on this website. It is full of cheating and this website should be banned. I can't give zero star.

I bought one product on 8/1 and was supposed to receive it by the end of August. Two months passed, I have never ever received it. The shipping status on the website stopped at 8/18. I contacted the customer service many times and they ignored all my inquiry.

I need to ask my credit card company to cancel the transaction as the last resort.

Delivered fast with legit stuff
Placed order on 08/11 and it got delivered on 08/26. Very fast delivery considering it's all the way from HK to LA.
Checked the manufacturing date are all pretty recent. Much cheaper than buying from US website. Will recommend.

I would like to warn all Sasa users, don’t buy skin care products from the sasa.com online store anymore. They are indeed genuine products, but they are old products from ten years ago! ! ! When I opened the product, the color was darker. I used some because I didn't have time, so I took it to the local place to inspect the product when I had time. After checking the number, I found out that it was Lancôme Absolue Eye Cream from ten years ago. The Sasa website did not refund or return the product. We can only accept this loss, please stop buying from Sasa!!

Ordered a product that never arrive. Had multiple back and forth of email communication with their so called customer service, who was always trying to deflect responsibilities to the shipping services and refuse sending replacement or refund. If you are a US based customer, you would be shocked by their policy and lack of basic customer service norms.

If hv zero star, it would be better. Nvr ever buy stuff frm SASA Mlysia. I complaints abt my Hugo Boss the Scent for her. Its edp & merely last 3 hrs on me. U cant even smell it. They told me, after tested on their staff & lasted 6 hrs in aircon n says, no issue, its ok with the perfume! Well, pple advised me not to purchase frm them but i nvr take their advise. Bcos of good bargain fm xmas dec 2023, i bought. Even their supplier dont even care to listen n just pass my case to Sasa bcos i bought frm them. Well, pls dun buy anyting if its cheap! Just bcareful. It probably a fake one. They dun even knw how to differentiate.

Crappy customer service. They communicate only by e-mail and transmit only basic preset messages in English. Don't count on having a normal discussion with their agents.
Worth noting that in no moment have they stated they send orders strictly to a singular billing/shipping address, which I'm sure the don't. I made a first 100$ order and have paid by Paypal to secure myself after having read bad things about them on this site. Asked them to ship the goods to my temporary US address. A week later got an e-mail from them asking to prove my identity. Sent them my (restricted view) National ID with my permanent residential/billing address, but no, they also wanted to see some document proving I live where they're shipping the goods (e.g. US warehouse, UPS mailbox, hotel room, etc. LOL). After I told them I have no documents to prove I also live at my desired shipping address they canceled my order. Their prices were at the time a bit lower than the competitors', but it's simply not worth the hassle.

Don't ever purchase from this site. They didn't provide any information about estimated delivery time, neither did provide any accurate tracking details.
I had to chase it up, then they said that it had already been delivered and they sent me a picture of a parcel dropped at the front door of a house. But that wasn't my house!
No idea if that was a genuine picture or the delivery man did make a mistake.

Customs' 24-hour hotline 2545 6182 or its dedicated crime-reporting email account (crimereport*customs.gov.hk) They will fine Sasa for you. Also if you know anyone who is a reporter interested in this story, leave me a message. I will give you all the information. Selling counterfeit is serious crime.

I purchased k beauty product Whoo essence for 680 hkd.
They sold me a counterfeit product. Package is almost identical, but if you put it next to the real ones, you can tell the difference. However the content of the product was very different - smells like cheap dishwasher, wrong colour compare the original one. So I sent message to Sasa. They don’t have phone number. Their website is a joke. And when I finally reached to their whatsapp, they said they can not tell if it is fake or not from my HD photos and basically they don’t know where they got their product. What made me more angry is their rude and very difficult to reach customer service. At the end, they told me to bring the product back to their shop and see if the sales person to judge. Instead of going through this Sasa outlet and explain agian, I have decided to just forget me 680 hkd and report to the HK government. The government website says “Members of the public may report any suspected infringing activities to Customs' 24-hour hotline 2545 6182 or its dedicated crime-reporting email account (crimereport*customs.gov.hk). ” The government officer I spoke to was very kind - way better than the Sasa customer WhatsApp service.

Products are expensive, service is bad. Last time I asked for a scar healer and they suggested a pimple healer to me which is not what I want. Not to mention that it didn't work too well on the pimples neither.

All counterfeit brand names such as SKII, Kielh's. My skin is inflamed big time although I have been using the same brands for years without any irritation but I bought them all directly from the brand. However, when I bought Kielh's ultra facial cream from Sasa for the 1st time, my skin is burned, dry, sensitive with a lots of new fine lines. Again, I used the same cream for years before when I bought directly from the brand! Now I need to heal and treat my face from all these reactions, which is upsetting! Big Scam!!

Same as Helen L below. I placed an order on Dec 30, it's Jan 23 today. I emailed to follow up for my order on Jan 10, didn't get a response until Jan 14 and they came me BS response that the delay is due to COVID19. I say it's BS response because I've placed over 10 orders through Aliexpress and got my shipments from Asia (China AND Hong Kong). If they cannot or will not ship out orders over $75USD purchases due to the shipping fees, then just own up to it, apologize and refund the money. Most importantly, don't charge me on my credit card when your company hasn't even shipped out my order! Sephora doesn't charge before they ship out. So fix your company's logistics!

Just because I was barred from opening a bank account had suffered alot in the past then my friend told me about this service did not believe him but when I applied for my card was amazed as it was all true without any problems I was granted a Card Veritas loving its services :).

I have been buying products from Sasa for a while now. But the recent order has been placed for almost a month, but they haven't shipped it yet. When contacted them, they email back and blame it on Covid, however, there are other HK companies I buy from which has much lower free shipping threshold, but they opted using courier service and shipping time is normal. What a greedy company. I am seriously considering giving them the boot in the future!
P.S. I contacted them again re the shipment delay. Just want to have a date and mentioned I am considering cancelling the order. With no explanation, nor any apology, they just cancelled my order unilaterally. Some service, huh!

I started shopping online on sasa for several years, and in the last couple of years I have noticed fake goods. I usually buy SKII essence on sasa.com as they are relatively cheaper compared to the stores in the US. However, in the last 2-3 times, it is clear that they had either sent me a fake bottle of the SKII essence or at best they had diluted it to the point where I could barely make out the scent from the Pitera essence. I have since stopped buying from sasa.com
