We have had a very positive experience with the Savills Lettings and Property Management team. In particular, our property manager, Bailey Chan, has been professional, responsive and proactive in managing a long-running maintenance issue involving the management company. He followed matters up consistently and kept us well informed throughout. We really appreciate Bailey’s support, and look forward to continuing to work with him.

Shikha has been absolutely brilliant at supporting us through our tenancy. So helpful and kind .. and professional. Always gets back to us really promptly and nothing is a problem. We are so grateful for such fantastic support.

Terrible communication all around. Our entire tenancy was meant with poor service and they rarely got back to us unless chased.

When it came to our deposit they took over a month to return our deposit, stating that they were talking to the landlord only to send an email that makes it abundantly clear that they have indeed not been communicating with anyone. I have never been made to wait more than a week or two to get my deposit back. This is super unprofessional and unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience with Savills when purchasing a new-build property in Swords.
I was specifically told the property had a double driveway, but was later told it was being sold with one parking space. The conflicting information, difficulty getting straightforward answers and poor communication ultimately led me to withdraw from the purchase.
I had to chase for the return of my deposit, despite being told it had been processed.
Details can change during a development, but customers should be given accurate information and promptly informed when something changes or information previously provided was incorrect.

Very professional and dedicated to the task in hand , in this case selling our new build home in Windsor and known as Winkfield Hall. At circa £4M this magnificent home finally sold and completed in February of this year . An unrelenting yet unobtrusive marketing strategy led by the most amiable and focused of Directors Mssrs John Henson and Paul Finnegan whose persistence and hard work , in an otherwise difficult market , was exemplary and justly rewarded. Supported by a backroom team of experienced, helpful and highly knowledgable staff a particular mention should go to Naomi and her colleagues . We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Savills whom we will most certainly instruct again and imminently with our next new build project @ Royal Lambrook , Bracknell. Congratulations to all and sincere thanks for the first class service you gave us throughout.

Having been with Savills, Oxford for the last 4 years, it has always been great working with them to get bits done around the home I rent.

I have to say that if you are a buyer-forget about it, they are not interested in selling properties and if you are a seller,forget about it, they are not interested in selling your house. Absolutely disgraceful company. Why do you even want to list your property with them is the main question. They don't pass on messages or offers to the vendors and don't respond if you are interested in viewing either.

In the space of just one month, and in an extremely difficult property market, I completed the sale of two properties thanks to Savills.

From my very first meeting with Elias, I felt I was in safe hands. His advice throughout was solid, straightforward and realistic, and that professionalism clearly runs through his team.

Rohan and Gabriella were both excellent, with Gabriella in particular being the driving force behind getting these two sales over the line. One of the transactions was particularly tricky, but she managed the whole process brilliantly, keeping everything moving, staying on top of every detail and remaining completely unflappable throughout.

Together, Elias, Rohan and Gabriella are without doubt the best estate agency team I have worked with.

Estate agents can get a bad rap these days, but my experience with Savills Primrose Hill could not have been better. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

A genuine five-star experience from start to finish.

Fiona Wither (Savills London) has managed my rental flat in Pimlico for several months, and she's been excellent throughout - particularly during a genuinely stressful period after a burst expansion vessel flooded my flat and the one below.

She kept things moving on every front: chasing engineers and contractors for quotes, invoices and photographic evidence, coordinating with the downstairs leaseholder's managing agent, and liaising with the building's management team, all while I worked through two separate insurance claims in parallel. There were a lot of moving parts, and she stayed on top of it without me having to chase.

Fiona is also careful with detail in a way that's saved money and hassle - at one point she double-checked a replacement washing machine against the exact dimensions of the cupboard it needed to fit, caught a sizing issue before delivery, and got it resolved rather than letting it become a costly mistake. On other repairs, she consistently came back with itemised costs before anything was booked, which made it easy for me to make quick decisions with confidence.

Property management inevitably generates a lot of back-and-forth, especially when insurers are involved, but Fiona has handled all of it with patience, clear communication, and genuine attentiveness. Would recommend Fiona without hesitation.

We have enjoyed our experience with Savills, who made our first time renting in London an enjoyable one. Our Property Manager Ilinca was fantastic, as she would always be prompt with responses and escalating any issues.

Shikha was wonderful, really helped me move in and all the support that came after. She’s very responsive and problem solved quickly :)

We had a good experience working with Sarah at the Putney office. She was always responsive and clear in her communication with us, and quickly took care of any issues we were having in the flat.

Bailey Chan is superb. As a landlord, I don't have to worry about anything. I always want to treat my tenants well and Bailey has the same approach. He approaches every task with meticulous detail and communicates with me clearly and always on time.

Great proactive service from the letting team especially Muhammad Carr who has brilliantly looked after my property and me (!)

Oliver H. has been incredibly kind and efficient during my time with him as property manager. He addressed all my concerns swiftly and was extremely lovely during the entire process. I cannot recommend him more highly!
