We are really sorry, however, unprecedented delays with Royal Mail are the reason for this situation. This is generic across the board and your item should be with you very soon, if not already.
Not what I ordered Received the blades
Received the blades, not what I ordered at least I don’t think so, the goods received were 2 packs of blades with no marking on the packaging just bubble wrap these could be seconds or an inferior blade, the blades ordered were advertised in a Gillett brand package and as these are a gift for someone this is what I expected. Previous orders were packed properly Have sent 2 emails to Scentshave to date no reply would not use again. To return good I have to pay postage which is not right.
