Well looked after from walking into the shop not pushy at all but very helpful.

Our experience was brilliant! very friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful showroom. The salesperson who dealt with our order, Samantha, could not have been more helpful, she was excellent! All in all, a great experience!

Delivered on date stated, assembled in lounge and put into place with no issues, delivery drivers, Ronnie and Ronnie, friendly and talkative, asked if we had any questions, very professional throughout. Credit to the team. Thanks Barry and Pat Round.

After visiting Metrocentre Store and having a problem with the store getting an email to me I nearly gave up but remembered there was a Poltonesofa store on Durham.
I have visited on 3 occasions to make sure I was happy with the sofa I purchased. I spoke with Terry Jen and Samantha and I have to say they were all extremely professional nothing was a problem, I wasn't harassed in any way and felt comfortable throughout the whole experience.
I have ordered my sofa now excited waiting for its arrival

Notified of the delivery time and it arrived exactly as expected. The two delivery fitters had it in the house made up and installed quickly two sofas

A lovely store which is well laid out.
Sadly not a great deal of assistance or product knowledge from the staff member.
Despite that I did make a purchase based on the information formation gained on the website before my visit.

They ordered the wrong configuration of my couch and then blamed me saying that it was my fault because I asked for/didnt review my order properly. Not interested in resolution just making up excuses to avoid resolve. If i were you I would pay that bit extra and deal with a proper company like DFS or Sofology.

The guys who brought our furniture were lovely, really careful carrying it in and placing it in the house and really friendly and chatty.
The only issue is I did not get my leather cleaning kit??

The delivery crew were lovely, they let me know when they weren’t too far away. When they arrived they were polite, friendly and respected my property. Couldn’t fault them at all.

I ordered my three seater double recliner in January and it has been delivered today in May. The pleasant experience of ordering and delivering has now been overshadowed by the fact that one of the recliners is defective in that the neck and lumbar buttons aren’t working. It’s disappointing that you are unable to speak directly to customer services and have to submit an email and wait! Hardly makes you feel valued and supported. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the after sales service.
Following on from this I have received an email from the parts department to confirm that they have accepted I have a case and have ordered the replacement part with an expected delivery date of 12 weeks and then will have to arrange a technician to attend thereafter. I loved the sofa in the showroom but am not loving the sub standard sofa currently doing half a job in my living room.
