Very good delivery of a great set of sofas. Exactly as ordered and delivered as arranged. Unpacking and fitting / removal of wrapping was swift and very professional. The crew were also friendly and very helpful.

Waliur was excellent, exceptionally patient and knowledgeable, explained everything about the sofa and all the offers. Really nice cup of tea.

My Husband and I came in to look at purchasing a new sofa and was immediately greeting by a very friendly member of staff called Scott. He gave us a run through of where things were, gave our 2 young children a tape measure each to keep them entertained/involved and then left us to look. We were back and forth, up and down the store and Scott had a laugh and a joke with us and our children the whole time, never once being pushy or too overbearing (which a lot of staff in shops can be these days). He found the best and funniest ways to keep our very loud and active Daughter entertained (which was massively appreciated!!) And was just very friendly and genuine with us the whole time we were there.
Scott is a great asset to your company! Lovely guy and he made the purchase easy from start to finish.

We arrived at SCS & was greeted with a warm welcome from a very polite, smart gentleman called Waliur Rahman.
We told him what we were looking for & showed us around where we picked a sofa that we liked
Mr Rahman then proceeded to look after us dealing with the order & all the details in a very professional & friendly manner.

From the moment we walked into the Northampton store we were welcomed in....
We were helped by a lovely lady called Ally.
Ally answered all of the questions we had and was very patient with us. Nothing was too much bother for her.,..

Excellent service from Waliur.What a salesman he is good in convincing very polite and respectful.

Waliur, the sales person welcomed us, offering refreshments. We explained what we wanted, and he showed 2 sofa models.
We explained we wanted hard wearing memory foam sofas, and he explained the sofas in great detail. Altogether a relaxing experience

The salesman who assisted us, Waliur, lovely chap, who welcomed us in a friendly manner and provided an efficient service. He gave us great information and answered any questions we had. We also met Sharon, the Manager, and we were very impressed with how she was managing the store and her staff.

We were constantly kept up to date with our delivery time slot.
The delivery crew were polite, professional and installed our new Sofa very efficiently.

Hi, our Sofa arrived on time and we are very pleased with it. The delivery guys were efficient and provided an excellent service.
One thing I can’t understand, why is it so difficult to speak to someone when the order has been placed. You’ve got to get in your car and drive to the shop where you placed the order. Very annoying.

I bought a recliner chair, and was told it'd be delivered by a certain date. A date was arranged and I rearranged time with work to make sure I could be home - that date was then cancelled fairly last minute and rescheduled. So I did the same again, changed plans and rearranged and then once again the delivery was cancelled. I then phoned customer services to get some answers and after an hour on hold I used the call back function. The call came the next day. On that call it was agreed with Customer Service that I would receive a refund of around £100 for the inconvenience which I was happy with.

This refund never came. I have now called three times in the past few weeks and sat on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone, and getting now response. I have used the call-back option and have received no call back, and I've submitted through the website and received no response.

It's absolutely disrespectful, and now I have no idea how to get the money I was offered in return, and I've wasted more time chasing these people.

Don't buy from them. Quick to take your money and offer you things to be quiet, but don't deliver on it.

A great service from the young man who helped us. Despite the huge showroom, not all options are on display and also there are many extras, so knowledgeable staff are essential. Purchasing 4 leather seats was easy and today they have arrived within the timeframe we were told. Delivery was early at 9am and our seats were installed and unpacked without fuss. Sitting in one now and it’s as comfortable as I remember. Some online reviews of SCS are not very complimentary but this is now our second major purchase in two years and I think the products and company are really good - go when there’s a sale offer!

The sales assistant who dealt with us she was very helpful choosing our settee and the colour, as I roughly new what I wanted before visiting the store, but she was very helpful with the colour I wanted, also very patient with us, highly recommended her if you visit the store.

Friendly staff in the shop nothing is too much trouble and extremely helpful. The delivery crew was also friendly and helpful.
