The in store service:
Very professional, no pressure, knowledgeable, took time, explained everything. Store was clean, fresh and the water was appreciated. Felt special.

The delivery service:
Prompt, arrived early, courteous, didn’t take long. Took care of my home.

Only improvement suggested is the telephone service to book the delivery - as there was a long wait, and the person on the end of the phone wasn’t the most efficient and I had to call back again to rectify their errors.

Delivery team were excellent, rang ahead of getting to our house. Bought Sofas into house, built them and put them where they were required.

When visiting your Solihull store we were greeted by an extremely nice sales assistant. He was very polite when we entered the store he made us feel very comfortable while just browsing the sofas and left us just to look saying he would be there if we needed any help.

Good initial in-store service.
Our sofas arrived as scheduled and as ordered. The delivery team were pleasant, knowledgable and efficient.
Communication was fine and we are happy with the product after 10 days.

Not pestered by salesman he introduced himself then we were allowed to look around and ask if we needed help or any questions . Trevor was salesman who assisted us and placed our order.
