Was kept informed of delivery date and time, promptly arrived on time, very professional and courteous and new sofa was quickly installed with no mess or fuss ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gerald was extremely welcoming and didn’t pressure us. He made helpful suggestions as to which fabrics would be appropriate for our needs.

A long wait for the sofa we ordered, but happy with it. Useful text messages for delivery times, that ran to time which was good.

we had a 3.5 month wait for delivery after placing out order of 2x 2 seaters and a chair, shop staff friendly and help full, finally had a delivery slot was informed 7 days before and confirmed day before, on morning had ab actual time slot. both delivery guys where brilliant, respectful of property, one guy brought the items in and removed rubbish while the other assembled the sofas. in all a very good experience and the sofas are really comfortable. thank you for a great service.

Trevor was very attentive and polite with us when we asked about purchasing a sofa bed. He engaged with us straight away and was well informed about the products we looked at. Aside from liking a particular sofa bed we did look elsewhere, but returned due to the product quality and Trevor’s great personality.

Amazing experience, clean showroom, drinks and gift bags offered and everything was fully explained to us from start to finish, advice and opinions offered too as it is our first sofa. Gerald at poltron in the Sears retail park in Shirley was fantastic and incredibly helpful and friendly, a massive contribution to us picking poltron for a sofa.

The staff were very helpful in assisting us to choose the right sofa for our living room space. They moved the sofa around in different ways to help us better understand and visualise how it would fit in our home, which was extremely helpful in making our decision. We are very pleased with their support and excellent customer service.
