3 different delivery days before our new settees arrived but they have somehow lost the £400 foot stool. Incredbly amateurish from the start to finish whenever that may be.
The first delivery day never updated the link i was given so sat around all day waiting. Finally got a call at 19:15 after giving up waiting about 30 minutes earlier No contact or call from delivery team until then.
I called back to point of purchase the next day and dealt with someone who was not in charge as the manger was off. He apologised but informed me that he had very little sway over the delivery team and could not give me delivery day.
Eventually the second delivery date the link was updated regularly until about 13:30 when the shop manager rang to inform me i would not be getting the settees that day. No reason given just apologies. He then promised me i would receive the settees the following Monday and indeed i did. The drivers were courteous and helpful. However as previously stated there was no footstool.
I rang to find out and got no direct answer from the drivers. The next day i went to the shop to see the staff only to find the shop was shut as they were moving to another location. A fella outside the door kindly passed me the number of the distribution depot. I called them and spoke with someone who promised a call back in ten minutes once he had checked,
An hour later i had to call back as i'd heard nothing from him. I repeated this over the next 3 days and was only told they had lost it. Seems like if i hadn't asked no one was faintly interested. I went to the new location the following day after delivery and spoke with the manager who was very nice and apologetic but useless. He had no answer where it was and said it would be reordered but would be another 12 weeks before i see it if it doesn't get lost again. From point of sale they are lovely then it all falls apart and is worse than poor.
The whole pocess should be seamless but it's anything but with different departments blaming each other and the poor customer being ignored once they have the money. I intended to purchase a further 2 settees for another room but that won't be happening.
A completely unreliable company who will never see another penny from me.

We went to the Warrington store and had excellent service from Philippa. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with us. There was no hard pressure on us to make a decision. We liked that she listened to what we needed and she suggested suitable suites that may suit our needs. We settled on one and she helped in decision making over the fabric and colour choice. All options for purchase and "extras" were explained and the benefits of the various extras were explained and again no hard pressure to get us to add anything.
We chose our suite and everything that Philippa said would happen with delivery timescales and actual delivery happened as promised.
We went back in store with our carpet sample to see if the choice we had made was the right one and again Philippa helped us decide if the carpet colour would look right with our suite colour.
The suite delivery went smoothly and we were kept informed about date and time via text.
The whole process went smoothly.
We love our new suite, it is comfortable and fits in perfectly. We look forward to many happy years of sitting on it!!!!
We waited to review our experience until we had received the suite and had chance to use it.

It was terrible delivery from start to finish.
I received a time slot as promised. It said between 11:35 and 11:55. But to take in mind that it is an estimate only.
I was trying to track the driver on the link provided but it was not working. It was only displaying the estimate.
At 11:45 I call SCS to be given the number for the distribution centre.
When I called them I was told that because it's very busy period they had to employ help from a courier.
That is why I was unable to track the driver. The lady on the phone said that they are on their way. That there's 3 more customers before me and they should be with me in about 2 hours. They will also call one hour before they come.
Two hours past and I didn't even receive phone call yet.
So I called the distribution centre again.
I was told that they are currently with a customer who is before me. Then I will receive a phone call and then they come.
Just before 4 pm they finally arrived. Needless to say that I didn't receive the promised phone call.
They started dragging the bottom half of the recliner sofa in the hard cardboard box that it was pack in through the front door. They smashed the door into the wall so much that they chipped the paint off, then as they were dragging the box across the wooden floors they scratched the floor so much that it is completely ruined. I feel like crying. Just moved in and now I have unexpected damages.
I had to tell them to please be careful.
After that they started talking to each other in foreign language.
The older man didn't look like he could speak any English and the younger one didn't waste any words on me.
I had to ask for the extra things we paid for like leg gliders and care kit.
They didn't wait for me to test the sofa or showed me that it works as it is power reclining.
I think SCS needs to take a hard look at their delivery service and take it up a notch!

Both guys were very polite and very cautious of my property very tidy as I had my very ill father in law in the same room they were so carful and very chatty very professional at their job thank you so much to those 2 guys They cleaned up with all the plastic and cardboard these guys
should have the highest pay so professional at their job thanks again

They were very late delivering the settee about 5 hours from the first estimate and it was only after they left that I realised they had not delivered the fabric care kit

Delivered on time & care taken by delivery men so as not damage the furniture or my house

Upon entering your store in Warrington, we were made to feel relaxed and welcome.A young man called Dale was very professional and helpful. He let us take our time and look around, but when we needed help and advice he was there. All your staff are a credit to your company.

More accommodating delivery drivers. Quite rude, dropped furniture, knocked over garden ornaments. Didn’t want to unpack for 2 elderly customers

We received regular notifications and updates on the delivery time this was really helpful. The delivery was excellent, the guys unpacked and positioned sofa exactly were we wanted it and all of the packaging was taken away.

I walked in to the Warrington store and was greeted with “welcome to SCS” by a lovely lady called Carla. She then allowed me to browse. Seeing me sat on a sofa she came over to chat, she was very knowledgable about what you sell. Asked me what I was looking for in a sofa and then showed me a few more options. After choosing my sofa she then went out of her way to bring material samples over so I could choose my colour. Even taking samples off the wall. Her customer service skills are excellent. Friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had a lovely experience in your store thanks to Carla. And look forward to delivery of my sofas.

From looking around the store with plenty of choice
then getting advice on what would suit us from a
very helpful store assistant.and because i have a disabilty they gave us a very good deal on the sofa and lift up chair.we also got to choose the material and colour.The delivery service was very good,kept us informed all the way while tracking the van.When they arrived they were very helpful and understanding also very jolly made us feel at ease.even showed us how to take them apart if we ever moved.

I received an update on my order's delivery. The delivery is on schedule, and the staff handled my product with great care!
