Seamless is a sham. They upcharge you for ordering through their website. No services rendered. Pick up the phone and order directly from the restaurant. Seamless is a sham.

I wanted to write a review of a restaurant that had just delivered food. There was no obvious place to put the review, so I went into chat and got a rapid response.
First, I was given a grubhub link that did not work.
Second, I was given a link that might have worked, but would have required my jumping through a lot of hoops to log into a new service.

I love the customer service and the promoa I get for ordering alot :)

Never have a problem with anything that I order.

I placed an online order for pickup at a local restaurant. When we picked up the food, we discovered that seamless had used a menu with a 30% upcharge that does not go to the restaurant. We were not informed of this. I find their practice deceitful. Next time, just call the restaurant.

I accidentally put an order in on the wrong credit card. They were basically like "sucks to be you". No credit, no switcheroo. I get it's partly my fault but it's not like a $15 credit is going to break their bank.

Food from Healthy Fresh is tasty and fresh the delivery always fast. Haven't had aby problems. Best place to eat fresh around Morris Park

Horrible Experience from both Seaside and Seamless. I get there are many extraneous circumstances going on in the world today, and I placed my order around 7:30 on Friday night, but my order (2 bbq rib dinners) took 2.5 hours to be delivered. No food can taste good after sitting for 2 hours. The Salad was the only thing warm (gross), the Fries were limp, lifeless, and well....garbage. And the wings (after being in multiple drivers' cars we have to assume)....were out of their packaging and just at the bottom of the bag. Yes, my money was refunded, but we were held hostage to waiting 2.5 hours on Friday evening and..... hungry the entire time and somehow a refund for garbage was to make all things right.

Less screw ups than the rest.
Seamless is very good, usually my first choice.
I've used DoorDash, Uber Eats, Postmate, variety is very good, and service is faster than most, and a lot less screw ups. Keep it up guys!

Easy to use. Has come through in tight situations. Allows me to order food on the go.

It's a fast way to get orders delivered. Their customer service number is very efficient and they sort out complains fast.food is delivered fast. The price is also reasonable.

I would say this is anything but seamless. My last 3 orders have been cancelled. Two times they couldn't find drivers and I had to contact them to ask what is going on. Another time my food was going the opposite direction from my house and said they had to make a stop? Stop where? with my food? Kinda not professional. They offer you $$ off of your next order but why would I want to keep ordering from a place like this. There are several other delivery services and I would sugest going with someplace other than Seamless
