Very happy with our purchase
Very happy with our purchase. One part of the order was running a bit late but after phoning the company they couldn’t have been more helpful and 2 days later the rest of the order arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Hi Fiona
I am sorry the sample wasn't a sufficient size, sadly they are usually precut but i have now asked the supplier to send you a bigger sample directly and also have refunded the £2 postage and contacted you to explain.
You can always reach out to us if you ever have any issues we love to help!
Thanks
Diane

Diane was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable.
She also went out of her way to source 2 more rolls of wallpaper with the same batch number that we had bought a number of months ago.
Highly recommended.

Delighted with the excellent customer service. I was wanting my paper for a deadline. I emailed Diane and explained my dilemma and she ensured it was dispatched same day and I received it the following day!
Couldn’t have asked for more, she kept me informed all along and was prompt to reply to my emails! Fingers crossed the wallpaper goes up ok now! 😆
Thank you so much Diane 😃

Excellent ordering and delivery
Excellent ordering and delivery. Quality wallpaper with lovely design. Be aware the wall paper has selvage edges and so is untrimmed. We needed a master decorator to deal with this. Looks stunning

Hi Edward,
Your review has just came through to us organically, and not through us sending you a review link.
I have asked all of our staff here if they have spoken to you at all, and absolutely no one knows who or why you are upset with us, so i can only imagine its spam.
if you do have any genuine feedback for us then please send it to sales@selectwallpaper.co.uk as we are always open to trying to improve things.
when you say you will not be ordering with us again, i have looked at our orders and there have been no orders from you in our system.
therefore it seems like you are trying to impact our company negatively for whatever reason, but again if there is some genuine feedback you feel we need to hear, then please feel free to let us know.
Kind regards
Diane

They Dont Carry Stock!!
I ordered wallpaper to be delivered within 3-5 days. However, when I phoned to find out where my delivery was I was informed they were out of stock!! Why did they not say that the 6 days before when I placed the Order. I was told they do not carry the stock and rely on others but that is not good enough as I could have gone to another supplier had I been told they were out of stock sooner.

Hello,
I do know that sometimes when we rely on suppliers that also rely on other suppliers, information can be slower with some brands.
And I’m sorry you had this experience, we wish we could have fulfilled your order also :)
It appears from your profile you leave 1 star reviews often.
Thanks for your feedback, sometimes wallpapers are out of stock and there isn’t a lot we can do about that other than inform you as soon as we know
Thanks
Diane
