I ordered funeral flowers from SendFlowersToPhilippines to be delivered for a specific funeral service. The timing was the entire reason for the order.

The flowers were delivered 24 hours after the funeral had already taken place.

At that point the delivery was completely meaningless. Funeral flowers are meant to be present during the service to honour the deceased and support the grieving family. Once the funeral is over, that moment is gone.

I contacted the company hoping they would properly acknowledge the seriousness of the mistake. Instead, they offered to send a “condolence bouquet” after the funeral as compensation.

That completely misses the point. You cannot replace a missed funeral with another bouquet the next day.
This wasn’t a birthday gift that arrived late. It was a funeral. The one thing that mattered was delivering on time, and they failed to do so.

If you need flowers delivered for something important or time-sensitive, I would strongly suggest choosing a more reliable service.

Delay delivery

Sorry company, paid $135 for flowers,cake, and teddy bear one week before Valentines day. Never showed up. No working phone numbers for customer service. Only email returned said " processing " .

Not really good if you take my money for a delivery on a special day like Valentine's Day, then fail to make the delivery. Bad business and would not recommend you to anyone.

Service was good, but half of the roses had moisture damage to outermost petals. There was even mold on the inside of one petal. The babies breath had a few brown flowers. Wife was happy but she was disappointed in the quality of flowers.

I sent flowers to my girlfriend and she never got them.

Although this happened they did respond to me regarding that they will take care of it and send a nix of chocolates due to high volume of calls. I thank you for taking the time to explain with a follow up email.

Quality is so much LOW than what i ordered. It a embarrassment to receive these compared to what i orded.

I have used sendflowerstothephilippines.net for many years and always received great service. However things have changed over the past couple of years. None of my latest orders have been delivered on time. Previously, even a Valentines order placed a couple of days before would be delivered. Now just ordinary requests don't get delivered when requested.
Customer support is non existent. I tried calling several of the customer service telephone numbers they have listed. Not one of them was a working line.
I tried calling the numbers listed for the Philippines, USA, UK and Singapore. All non functional.
You can send a message but the only response you will get is they are "investigating" the order. Nothing more.
They are also very , very expensive. $25 for 12 pieces of Ferrero Rocher !!! Ridiculous

They charge more than what they deliver. Quality and the amount of fruits and flowers received by families are so cheap, far from what is online. It may not be exactly the same as the photo, as long as it is commensurate to what they receive as payment. The amount paid is too expensive for what has been received. They are misleading customers online. I hope they will improve and make customers happy.
