That they weren't on time is maybe my fault, but I inserted the city and the preferred date was available, so I thought it would be sent that day.
But what the biggest problem was, was that they didn't look even close to the picture. The roses weren't very nice and the white flowers on the picture we're not used. It was just a bit of small filling flowers and not the full white flowers in the picture. I understand it's not gonna be 100% like the picture, but this was just false advertising and a disappointment. Esp for that kind of money.

I wouldn't even give them a one. The flowers were supposed to be there yesterday in the Philippines and they still haven't arrived. I called customer service and no answer only a voicemail. Left a message no reply . 12 hours later another call no reply. I sent 2 emails and no reply.... They charged my debit card yesterday and received payment and nothing..... Feel like it's a scam or at the very least a very poorly ran business... Would "NOT" Recommend

Did not deliver or provide explanation of why at all on date of delivery. Nor did they answer their phone. I ordered THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE!!! These people are not cheap either. You want to charge US prices you best provide a worthy service. Do not recommend and will not be using again

Always great service. I didnt really expect the flowers to be delivered today because i oredered midday ish and its a fairly remote location. 55 yrs wedding aniversary, never ever recd a gift like this in their life. So happy to receive.

I live in the states and wanted to send flowers to someone in the Philippines. It said if I ordered by a certain time, my friend would receive them that day! Nothing arrived and here it is the next day and still nothing. My tracking says processing.

The flowers arrived looking wilted, i ordered an orange roses but what arrived are pink roses. The vase that i ordered for the flowers also arrived with mouse dropping aka poop and over all looking and smelling nasty.

The entire order went smoothly from begjinning to delivery.

Poor communication and took days to process. It was never delivered on time promised.

1. Flowers took way longer as anticipated to deliver and that should have been more communicated .
2. When they did finally arrive they were not as fresh or they did not look at all as the picture or description.
As fare as future orders I may look for places closer inline with the provinces.

Only issue was a little late in day rest was perfect

The delivery time wasn’t just late, it was 3 hours late. Which means my GF had to sit at work an extra hour, and I had to tell her why she had to wait there, which ruined the surprise. I understand a bit late, but 3+ hours was excessive.

Order $98 worth of product, 1 doz roses in a Teddy bear still waiting for them to arrive?I ordered them september second. ,called numerous times no answer emailed numerous times no answer text numerous times no answer. Great selection and excellent quality

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and the message was exactly what I wrote to my girlfriend. She was really kilig.

It was a day late, but customer care explained that the local florist was out of fresh flowers.

Delivery was Fantastic !!
Everything was perfect after a minor problem which SendFlowers corrected immediately and the fruit was enjoyed by my Fiance and her Family very much
This was my second order with them and being I'm located in the USA I am fortunate to find a florist in the Philippines that I can depend on for my needs.
I will be ordering from them once again next month for my Fiances Birthday and am reassured that they wil do another fantastic job.
