Flowers arrived a day late and were not fresh. They also substituted some Flowers for cheaper Flowers. Do not recommend there 100 percent satisfaction policy is for show find another site.

The customer care, attention to detail. People should realise that they a lot of customers and cant deal with ever at once but they do deal with it and sort everything out negative comments about this website are unjust and not fair. The flowers were delayed and my girlfriend and I never got a call or message letting us know, we had to reach out. The flowers did not come with stems for some reason, which is what keeps them alive longer and they didn’t look like the picture that was advertised. For the price I Paid $96 that was a total rip off. I won’t be using this site anymore

There customer service support are the worse! There’s no definitive information about their same day delivery. Then i found out the next day that my order wasn’t delivered because of the wrong information from their website. Tried calling and leaving messages to get an update but there’s no response until the following day. Very disappointed and bad experience concerning their service.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered before noon on July July 16… They were not delivered and when I questioned it I was told they were delivered and then they said they weren’t and they ended up delivering it to a different address around 6:30 in the evening… What I received and when I looked at online were totally different and it was very disappointing… I sent several emails about the delivery and each time that was responded. It was with a different result. I was extremely unhappy… I will never use this service again and I would like a refund.

Disappointed! The service is not the same as it used to be. My brother-in-law in the US has been sending my sister bouquets from this site every anniversary and birthday. Unfortunately, this time the flowers were delivered late, around 7:00 PM instead of 10 AM and they weren't even presented in a proper box. The bouquet was simply placed in a plastic bag. It was very disappointing and did not feel like a premium gift at all. We expected much better based on our previous experiences.!!!

Flowers were delivered a day later than expected. Bouquet was wrong, containing many lower value flowers than those on the web order image. Flowers arrived in fresh. Very disappointed recipient. Order tracking never updated. I won't use this service ever again.

The flower gift delivered was better than I expected and the receiver set me a photo of it, and was very pleased of the gift received

The arrangement was ment to be for a girl to make happy, yet the arrangement you send is for loss or a death, she was very embarrassed and disappointed and i am angry, also ypu over charged. I was scammed and ripped off

My order Still have not been delivered yet i really what a refond i don't want supposed to be delivered to the Philippines by 10am june 29th and it's june, 29th here in the philippines still and nothing it's over two hours late now

Flo flowers weren’t delivered on the day that I suggested it still shows the processing I tried to call the number went straight to a voicemail and then I reached out email and said contact with you shortly my next step is calling Visa and getting my money back

The easy of ordering and checking out and the various arrangement arrangements the only thing that made it a nightmare is the times.....why even have it if 90% won't be able to.......otherwise the flowers were amazing....
