Flowers ordered were not the same as what I ordered.

Spent $200 on this website for my fiance, flowers with the teddy. Nothing on the website said anything about a "cut off date" ordered on the 12th, currently the 16th and no delivery yet. Think I have been scammed. buyers beware

No answer to my inquiry, no mail confirmation, simply nothing! Too bad for this lousy support! I have already sent an e-mail which was not even answered, all I got was this link with the evaluation request. So what is this all about? I was satisfied every time for several years, but now? This is not possible, I will never do it again!hing.

I ordered flowers and "12 Beautiful Roses with 1/2 Kg Fruit Cake" on 2/11/25 to be delivered on 2/14/25 . Not only this was not delivered on the 14th ( but a day later) but its ok they were busy maybe. But the flowers are old and the there was no fruit cake , there were few pieces of destroyed brownies . I will be sending pictures to the customer service . I am totally upset and disappointed as before i had always great experience .

The delivery was never made and there was no communication to either myself or the recipient.I feel like you stole my money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED THE FLOWERS FEB 3RD AND IT NEVER SAID THAT THERE WAS A CUT OFF. MY FIANCEE NEVER RECEIVED THE FLOWERS I ORDERED. THEY ARE SO FAST TO GET THE PAYMENT BUT THEY DONT CARE IF YOUR FLOWERS ARE DELIVERED ON TIME. MY FIANCEE'S VALENTINES DAY WAS RUINED!!! ITS FEB 15TH NOW IN THE PHILIPPINES. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! OH AND TRY CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE WILL ANSWER BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY F#$&@* UP!!!

Don't compromised if your company cannot delivered on time! Follow your delivery date or date schedule be on time! I'm so very disappointed for what happened.,

They never made it today

Everything was ok BUT, by the time my fiance received the flowers they were already old must have been cut maybe a week before delivery already withered not very fresh.

My wife did not get her Valentine’s Day flowers!
She is very upset. Please look into this and get back to me.

Bought 12 roses and a teddy bear and its now
8pm over there, and still nothing…. The delivery schedule is way over due and their tracking system dont even work, never again i will be using this company…i think its a scam!

Delivery suppose to be afternoon of Feb 15th. It got delivered in Feb 14th , 7pm. It was a surprise for the wifey , ended up surprising me. Yikes.

Flowers look like some were wilted .I purchased 6 roses with a teddy bear .teddy bear was not delivered. So I didn't get what I paid for .I WILL not be using this service again ever

This valentines was a let down.. my wife was happy she received her valentines gift. Butt... the flower were very small, and in a box. The bouquet was not as big as last year and cost more money. Also the balloons were not blown up and just left in the box. Last year's order was fabulous, this time missed the mark.
