Placed a order not shipped called they sent transfer me to a credit department when I used a major credit card just not theirs and after 30 minutes was assured all is well didn't ship the item called again and they wanted me to go through that again I was like forget it canceled my order I will shop elsewhere and for a 40.00 dishset they wanted 23.00 to ship it thank God for Amazon free shipping and even walmart and target is better..

Been with this company for about 3 years and never had a problem. This year I made an order and was over $10.00. They sent 4 of my items, which I ended sending back 3. I even had to pay to send them back because the post office said they wouldn’t use their postage sticker. So long story short, I canceled the order, made another for 1 item, checked on line, it was put on hold because of a fraud report on my credit report. The person I talked to said she would remove it off and reorder. Checked today on line, “no longer available” ???? Called and only heard “SORRY”. Will not use this company again!!!!!

Worst company ever I've had a credit account with them for over a year with a $700 credit limit and I placed an order and they sent me a letter and said I would have to pay for half of it and they ran my credit again when I only have an account with them I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and having their entry removed from my credit do not buy from this company they are a scam

Error occurred during transaction and it double order would not let me cancel online. Could not get ahold of a representative conveniently. In morning I was told it was processing and I would have to return it when it gets delivered. What kind of customer service is this. I have never had a company scam me like this and the shipping. Won't ever happen again. Don't shop here.

They send catalog with all these items but when it comes to delivery and shipping they make you pay so much money. So they say its based on how much you spend but it’s ridiculous cause then they hit you with the taxes. No codes available online. A order of $100 can come out to almost $200. Ex: I almost purchased $248 on 2 items they wanted $350 very unfair its Christmas! If they worked something out i will gladly recommend others to become part of Seventh Ave as it is convenient if you don’t have cash handy but please don’t take advantage.

I really do not have a review, I'm just happy I looked @ all of these reviews! I was scared away now! Such terrible reviews! Even though I thought good, I can breathe and buy g-babies Christmas but not now! I'd rather use my credit card, at least I know who I'm dealing with,and what I'm up against! WHEW!

It is very hard to believe that this company remains in business. I have never recieved the product I paid for. They shipped half of it knowing they discontinued it. Yet they continued to take my payments. Trying to get my refund has been a nightmare. Over 4 hours of my life wasted on hold. Then to add insult to injury. I recieved a $5.47 cent check. 3 more phone calls later. A check for 69.95 my shipping. A month plus still waiting on $144.00 they still owe me. 2 hours on Hold and hung up on. Now They want me to jump through hoops to be reimbursed for what's owed. Better bussiness bureau needs to shut them down. Check there reviews 70% negative and I don't think that's bad enough. Here I go Another hour of my life wasted trying to be refunded what's owed and due. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! NOR SHOULD YOU!!!

So far so good!I have Neva had A problem with paying my account by phone &if I did there’s the mailbox!Ppl C/O AB pricing but they know what their paying bc its in ur face!If U don’t like prices Don’t order!So far I’ve bought 2X’s&No issues!But I don’t go ova the $200 mark!I have A$600credit line but I would Neva order that many items!

This company gave me so much credit and after I paid them in full had the nerve to tell me to pay 1000.00 down on a 1061.00 charge because I had something on my credit report, really when they just sent me an email notice to spend 3500.00 for the Christmas holiday.
What a scam after being with them since 2012, I'm extremely angry with these scammers.

This company have some beautiful things, and on the other hand some things are not so nice. Something else I don't approve of is they give you a high credit limit after dealing with them for a while but will not report your good payment history to the credit bureau, but will report a bad history. When I pay them off I want to dealing with them anymore.

I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I only paid $50 online for my account and they took the whole balance of $600. I contacted customer service to find out if they can credit me back since it was their error and they claimed it was nothing that they can do. I will never deal with this company again and I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very Disappointed. I give 0 stars.

I bought an item, it was delivered as scheduled, and the item was beautiful, and everything I wanted.I paid off the item, then bought a second item. The second item was a table. the table was delivered without the glass top. I called customer service, and the nicest person helped me out. Come to find out the top is simply shipped in a separate package and was on the truck for delivery...
Seventh Avenue has been a great company to deal with. I am getting what I order (On Time), and I am getting excellent customer service

I purchased 5 outfits off their website. They shipped them in two packages a couple days apart. As soon as the merchandise arrived, I saw it was of poor quality, so I returned it. I Saw the 100% guarantee if unsatisfied within 60 days but there was no mention that I would be charged a restocking fee. Under the return instructions it did state I would be charged a return shipping fee if I used their return label for 8.95 unless I paid for the shipping myself. I paid for the return shipping myself. When the money was refunded to my card, on the first shipment order #90217857 they shorted me $34.80 and on the other order 90217870 they shorted me $29.95. I called and spoke to a supervisor, Nancy. She stated the $64.75 deducted was the shipment charges from them to me, one way. They did not charge me the additional $8.95 return shipment per package because I paid for return shipment myself. I told her this was unethical and unfair trade practices because there was no mention that they would deduct this huge amount in shipping anywhere on their website. She pointed out under “about us” it vaguely states “Refund your merchandise amount” which is equivalent to you are charged for the shipping. Plus they shipped them in plastic bags which is even less shipping but claim it cost them $64.75!

I hate them! Yes, they have cute unique items just a tad above retail but trying to make a payment to them is an absolute nightmare! For 2 years, I am unable to make a payment online because their system is always down. Calling customer service, I rather chew nails! An endless loop of on and on and on of robo voice with no way to bypass. All this to MAKE a payment! Then you get "Gail" on the phone who assures you it will be looked into, yeah, sure you will Gail.. Then of course an offer to automatically deduct from bank every month. Like I'd let you dip in my account automatically every month and you can't even figure out how to accept payments online.

Fairly new customer was okay with the first 2 orders but when i recieved the 3rd order i was real happy got just what I wanted cant wait to pay off my acct so I can buy more purse lining wasnt the best but i have paid more and got less this new shopping may work well Real Happy Today

Pay attention people. This stuff is junk. Certain you can find better quality at less price . Save your money and don't fall victim to this type of company. they are out to take your money for bad merchandise.Be smart. Shop smart. Don't be a foolish sucker! Throw that catalog in the trash or use to light your firewood.

I made a substantial payment ($1000) to bring my monthly minimum payment down to a more reasonable amount and guess what? You are always going to pay the HIGHEST amount your minimum payment was until your account is paid in full! So, easy terms, usurious interest and screwed for paying off earlier. What a delightful company!

Its kinda funny i remember my last bill being 1,386 and i just paid them 140.00 for a payment so i get the bill and instead of it going lower it goes higher when i got the bill this month it says new total 1,429.99????wow!even with the interest fee every month of 28.56 and 15.00 late fee the bill should be1,288.56 not 1,429.99!!!in the future i will never be lured in with credit they get you that way and then your ruined!!!mary keller buffalo ny.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! My grandmother got me a pot set as a gift. The first item was damaged, they sent a second set AND CHARGED FOR BOTH!! I spoke with 2 managers that said this is their policy. This company is trash
