Kirsty at the York branch was brilliant, she remained calm when we couldn’t get finance and was really supportive during the process. We managed to find finance and she was super fast in getting the car ready and dealing with the finance company at short notice as we wanted to get the car quickly. Thank you so much. The car is amazing.

Bought a Hyundai tucson and very happy with it, lovely car. Customer service was great been to other garages previously but by far this has the best customer service. David was very helpful and explained everything to us and made sure the car was ready for us to pick up. Would deffo recommend

I’ve been using this garage for a while now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team is brilliant—knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always ready to help. Very friendly helpful, and accommodating staff.
The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. With a number of other garage chains, you feel as though you're dealing with an automated machine, but this is not the case at all with SG Petch Ltd.

Exceptional service at Richmond garage
I have been a customer of the Richmond branch for over twelve years. Even though the garage is an hours drive and 35 miles from my home, it is worth the drive to get the customer service from them, everyone, I mean everyone, goes out of their way to give top class customer service, Joseph, Tegan, Catherine, Keeley & Kerry are all always friendly and welcoming. I’ve not met many of the technicians but they obviously know their trade, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have recommended this garage to friends and family, and they receive the same standard of service from them aswell. Long may it continue.

I broke down 60 miles from York. AA recovered my vehicle to SG Petch York who provided me with a courtesy car and I resumed my journey successfully. My car was ready the next day. Great service.

Excellent service and advice from the Darlington garage. The staff were extremely helpful in helping to sort out the repair required to my Fiat 500 and liaised with the warranty company to ensure the full cost of the repair was covered by warranty. Provided a courtesy car for the period my vehicle was being repaired at a reasonable and fair cost.

Terrible treatment
Took car in for a service and to have the rear dashcam purchased from them fixed. Their technician refused to even look at the dashcam, did not properly inspect the car, failed to complete the service sheet to the point it is unclear if the service was actually performed. The safety recall on the car received no confirmation so still unclear if it was done. And despite having to wait longer supposedly while the car was hoovered and washed it had not been at all as they ‘did the wrong car’ and even handed over the wrong (i.e. another customer’s) car keys. Asking to speak to a manager no one was available. Asked to be contacted by the service department manager yet over a week later no contact despite follow up action asking for it. Absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service from unhelpful staff and a really bad experience from their service department.

Great experience
Great experience. I saw the car I loved online but as I did not live near by Dave sent a video showing the car and the small mark on the boot so I could decide if I wanted to travel to see the car. I was happy with what I saw and was able to buy it and take it home the same day. Dave was friendly and helpful. I love my new car 🙂

From the first telephone call enquiring about the car, to the pick up it from the dealership, everything went very smoothly. Easy process of part exchanging my older vehicle.
