As I have used Ryan Robertson, now at Jaecoo Darlington, I had no problem giving him my order for my new J7 black limited phev. He showed he was very knowledgable about the vehicle, same as he was with the Mazda franchise. Not pushy very helpful and extremely friendly.

The service reception staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The car had obviously had a valet before I collected it after the service.

Recently acquired an omoda5 shs. After test driving the 5 and 7 I opted for the 5. Ryan was superb in getting deal sorted. Fortunately (for me) there had been a cancellation so delivery was about 3 weeks.
On collection he went through the settings and set most of them for me so all I had to do was drive away.
This is my third car from sgp darlington.

Went to SGPetch Darlington to look at a Jaecoo. Met Ryan whom arranged test drive. Had a good run out.
On return discussed info of the car.
Ryan was very informative and helpful.
Had no quarms in purchasing the vehicle. Turn around in two days which was amazing. Ryan and the team must have worked pretty hard to do this for us.
Any questions I sent were replied to ASAP.
Picked up car today straight forward hand over.
Only ever used SGPetch about30 yrs ago.

It was the first time I have used SG Petch of Middlesbrough Gary was the salesman who was very good made us feel at ease with purchasing the car and the test drive was good and also exchanging my Kia the after sales has been fine very satisfied with S G Petch

The KIA service department at Darlington were exceptional despite my purchasing the car from another dealer , when I had a problem and the response from Kia Stockton was lacking , I tried SG Petch on the off chance Mike on workshop control and Rachel on the service desk did everything possible to help and rescued the situation they are a credit to SG Petch

My Fiat was on a recall for a seat belt clip. I contacted SG Petch, they told me they couldn't arrange an appointment date until the part arrived. The part arrived and they texted me to call them, I did and was told they would call me back, once they knew the amount of time needed to do the work as they wanted the car for a full day and charge me for a replacement car. They have not called me back twice, clearly they don't want to do the recall work as I didn't want to pay them a car hire fee. I've contacted Fiat to see if they can recommend a reliable garage that doesn't use a recall to make money from customers.

My hire care was beautiful brand new do I was very happy.
These guys all round are wonderful.
The only thing I will say that disappointed me was they didn't do a complimentary car wash...
I've had this done by other companies which is great, but SG Petch didn't which is a let down.

We have been using SG Petch of York now for 5 years having our Kia e-Nero serviced and Mot’d and the service they have provided has always been first class. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been friendly, polite, helpful, accommodating and professional.
Recently we were badly let down by the lease car company we were using.
So, we had to look for a new deal and instead of trying a third party lease company, because we wanted to stick with Kia, we chose to go directly to SG Petch.
The sales guys Nick initially and then Paul were great. No sales pressure, no bull just good honest advice, and they were more than competitive compared to ‘other’ leasing companies. We had a budget we needed to keep to and managed to get the car we wanted (EV3 GT Line) within that budget.

No pressure, no stress a real pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend SG Petch and their staff highly enough.

Car collected as arranged. Don’t mind the £10 charge as it’s convenient for me. Returned clean and valeted. I also notice that the stop start thing when you are in neutral with handbrake on, is working for the first time, yeah!

Part exchanged my 6 Yr old Peugeot 308 GT line for a Mazda 2 hybrid in July this year. I'm extremely happy with the 25 reg car and SG Petch, Darlington. It was detailed well upon collection and had a full tank of petrol. My praise is for Anthony, who dealt with us. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, didn't keep us waiting around and didn't try the sterotypical car salesman act on me, (unlike the salesman at another Mazda dealership a few days prior, who actually told us they didn't really want any Peugeot and they'd only take it to auction!) Anthony offered a fair price for my car, (£2000 more than the apparant top price the other guy said he could offer against another, more expensive Mazda 2!) acknowledged its very low mileage, very well kept condition and said he would sell it easily on the forecourt.
In my opinion, if you're thinking of buying a car from SG PETCH, go to the Darlington dealership and ask for Anthony!

I am furious and feel insulted. Last year, I bought a Ford Ecosport at the Darlington Branch. The sales were friendly and the service good, but after 3 months the exhaust broke. I spent 300 pounds to repair it, which was fine. Then came the coil ignition issue, and in the same year, near Christmas, the fuel filter started leaking petrol. Today, I went to do a part exchange for another car at the same place as last year, and they had the audacity to offer much less than the value. I completely understand that I am trading in, but if I bought a car worth 7,000 and they offer me 2,069, that is a joke. They also pointed out problems in the car that were never there. I have been a customer for years and have always bought cars from you, and we always know we will lose money on part exchange, but insulting me like this is too much. Not only have you lost me as a customer forever, but I will also be spreading negative publicity about you. I have already informed 12 friends who have family members that buy from you. Now, about the used car you are also selling, it has scratches on the right side and the rear trunk, in addition to losing paint...hmm, strange, you really overvalue your used cars.
