Sheen's Estate Agents Reviews

we just sold our late fathers house through sheen's .
we found the staff and the service excellent especially considering what we were and still are all going through with the covid 19 pandemic .
all calls and any questions were dealt with very quickly and in a thoroughly prompt and professional manner
i myself will be looking at purchasing a property sometime in the new year and i look forward to returning to sheen's to help me find one !

I used sheens to sell my bungalow and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they were exceptional and got the sale through nice and quickly. I will defiantly use them in the future.

We have just had the best customer experience ever with the Frinton-On-Sea branch James was second to none with his service updating regularly and guided us through the process from viewing to moving in we would recommend sheens to anybody. Paul morton / Donna Reynolds

I used Sheens at Clacton to sell my property which completed on 6 December.
Lee and the team at the Clacton office were very helpful and friendly, with good advice given. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Helpful staff, efficient service, good choice of properties - all the things you want from an estate agent

really friendly people and a professional service - would definitely recommend using Sheens.

after a really bad service from a previous agent. (only 6 views in five months. we changed to Sheens Estate Agents and sold in three weeks. brilliant service by a local agent. we would recommend the agents to any one local. all employees and the boss are well versed in their roles. and are always friendly and do any thing they can to help.

Quick service and keeps you up to date. Very happy with all aspects of service from sheens.

Excellent from the minute the agent walked through the door and valued the house, to the moment they called to check they can hand the keys to the new owner! Constant and appropriately helpful communication throughout what was legally forced to be a very complex transaction. Very patient - always found EVERY member of the team was able to help - they were actually all up-to-date with the status, so I didn't have to spend ages explaining things every time I had a new person answer the phone. Highly recommend, will be certainly putting my other property through these guys next year.

I Found the staff in the Clacton branch to be the most helpful team ,
They went far and beyond the need to kept me informed on what was going on not only with my purchase but with the sale of my old home
I got more info from them than from my legal team.
For the first time buying through an estate agent no problem no ifs buts it takes time or get a move on just straight forward info
Thanks to them a easy move .

Every one very helpful. Polite and courteous. Thanking you all.

Great estate agents - always knew the current position on our purchase. Really good level of communication with us. Helpful staff.
would highly recommend to others.

Only thing that let them down was the mortgage broker they advised - had to find our own one in the end who got us a mortgage within a week

Excellent service from all specially lee

Very reliable and professional staff always there to help
Thanks again

Great help, friendly staff, helped us speed up the purchase by being instrumental in pushing solicitors. Would recommend.
