Garry and his team do a excellent job
Thay help us with everything
Keep up the good work

All the staff from Sheens were all very friendly and helpful they always called back if you couldnt reach them unlike Purple Bricks.
I would recommend Sheens to anyone thinking of selling.

I found this estate ages excellent in every way, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very professional. I would definitely recommend for them to sell your property! ( Joanne Clark )

We have used Sheen's several times over the years and the team have always been, supportive, helpful , welcoming and friendly. If we ever decide to move again, it will definitely be with Sheen's. I can't think of anything negative about the company and highly recommend them.

Had a great personal service with Sheens would recommend and use again.

Would recommend Sheens Estate Agents, all staff are very professional and helpful and great to deal with.

Brought my house with them and then sold through them 4 and half years later. Complicated sale but we're great all the way through

We have just sold our bungalow through Sheen's in Frinton - they were absolutely brilliant! Selling can be quite a stressful experience, but they made it very easy for us, with a very professional approach throughout. They kept us regularly updated on the entire chain - and always returned calls promptly. The entire end-to-end service was fantastic - and their photography, floor plans, video of our property - and their team - the best around. I would highly recommend Sheen's if you're looking to sell your property. AAA+++

Fantastic service and support throughout
Highly recommended.

Sheens were a genuine, caring team who helped me every step of the way. From chasing solicitors for updates and dealing with a particularly awkward vendor, they were always kind, honest, positive and responsive. Having bought through them in 2010 I used them again for my sale and purchase in 2017 and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Sheens - especially Lee!

Excellent wouldn’t hesitate to use sheens again, very professional, communicated with us regularly and kept us up to date with the sale of our property

I would never use anyone else to sell my house with.
I've used them on a couple of occasions and have also recommended them to others when they have used other sellers and have been unable to sell, once they've moved over to Sheens they've sold really quickly!!
They've always been friendly, reliable and kept me informed throughout the whole process.

Excellent service from the Clacton / Frinton team. The guys went above and beyond what is normally expected. Particular thanks go to Lee and James.

Very professional and friendly company

Very helpful agents, always willing to chase up all leads and would do anything to set your mind at rest.
Wouldn't use any other agent.

a five star performance.

the staff were excellent especially rob and eleana

Baring in mind I was the buyer of a property sold by Sheens and I was selling my property through another agent so I was not a client of Sheens therefore Sheens were making no money from me in anyway! Leigh-Ann at Sheens is very helpful, kept me updated regularly and dealt with questions and queries immediately. I received a curtesy call from Lee just to thank me for my cooperation, not something you get very often from an estate agent! I was kept in the loop by Sheens regularly and never left in the dark! Customer service was fantastic! So much so that I have asked them to be the selling agent for my mums bungalow! Great agent! Thank you

Booked my appointments in a timely manner

They sold my Flat when other agencies had failed and were amiably efficient throughout - more than that one cannot ask.
