Online application system needs updating
I just think the online is a bit clunky, when I filled the application out the first time and approved payment on my banking app this wasn't picked up on the application and I had to ill it out again. As I w as in a common situation of buying a new car ad needing to insure it on the spot this was quite inconvenient.

Stay away from this company you can only contact with chat, very late comeback, I have cancel my policy one person told me they will refund me other person said I have to pay otherwise it will affect my credit score so I end paying not happy at all
