I was depressed thinking I would not be able to purchase an item in Canada. Then I discovered Shipbymail. It is so easy and inexpensive, customer chat was great explaining it. 5 stars. Now I am in an excellent mood and will do more international shopping.

Customer Service stops responding, cannot get back my packages.

I was emailing one of their customer support. At first, everything was great. She responded quickly, answered my questions, and etc. But as soon as they received my units/packages, they stopped responding. I opened 2 tickets from their "shipbymail.com -> tickets/create-ticket" website to get help from another agent. They still haven't responded. I cannot get any help and they sent me a automated email saying "Please note that we offer 30 days of free storage at our warehouse. After 30 days, there is a charge of $1 per KG per day for your package storage." I cannot get a hold of a support to help me with me packages. I feel like they are scam, although many rated good here...I don't know it is legit anymore...

Edit: The Operations Manager contacted me and resolved my issues quickly. I'm so glad they responded and made the process smooth. There was a technical issue with their customer support app so it caused some miscommunications, but I received a follow-up later. Great service, I will use it again and recommend to others.

It was fairly quick and everything worked as communicated. Well packaged and nothing broken.

Used their buy for me service to order something from Apple, and it was splendid. Far quicker than I expected, and of the one confusion I ran into, they were super fast to fix and clarify to me. Given the price of my order, I was especially weary of using any such service, but I would use them again in the future.

Great service!! I had to send documents from PV to Victoria, then to Vancouver, before coming back to PV. No courier in town could get me the prepaid waybills that I needed to make this happen. I went to Ship by Mail and was told it would be no problem! Eddie let me know he'd have it organized with a quote within a day. I paid online, dropped off the documents the next day, and just received my mail back today! Can't recommend this service enough!

Fast shipping and product came intact. I didn’t request any additional services and had no issues at all! I think next time I may upgrade to repackaging just because it’s a long journey for a little box, but still everything was great

so I really have a lot of experience.
Means have experienced a lot of packages that did not come afterwards, costs bad service and so on.

So I speak from experience.
I found a nice backpack through a canadian site but my current trasporter was not active in canada.

this had been reason to look for a transporter that was active in canada.
( a reship company)

After a long search i found Shipbymail.
I immediately sent an email,
and surprisingly got a reply the same day.
WOW ...!!

Customer service was great.
Shipbymail website was bright,
clear and fresh.
In short, I have placed an order with my good feeling and linked it to shipbymail.

Now i'm waiting for my package.
I will keep people informed here.

But so far Shipbymail gets 5 stars from me.

Thank you Valentina for your kind and patient attitude, with all my questions, this is my first time using Shipbymail and I am amazed by how nice the customer service is, and how knowledgeable!! =D

I have been using shipbymail for a few years now to ship hockey jerseys to Australia. First of all, never had an issue with lost/damaged parcels arriving at the package forwarder, or here in Australia. The price is up there a bit (most forwarding services are and the Aussie dollar doesn't help) but the process is very simple and shipbymail provides confidence. Also delivery seems to be fairly quick (last parcel was 2 weeks from process date to Australia). I would recommend.

Emma was very helpful. Would recommend this service for those who are US based and a forced to buy merchandise out of Canada. Just follow the directions and you shall be fine.

I was hesitant to use an external shipping service to order goods from foreign countries, but after much research on my own, I chose ShipByMail (SBM), as they do not charge a subscription fee or have any hidden charges.

I am based in the US, and my order came from Amazon.ca, the item coming from a seller who did not offer shipping services outside of Canada. Once I created my SBM account, I was immediately given a Canada-based address, which was recognized and accepted by Amazon. The Amazon order went through successfully, and was promptly shipped to SBM. I followed the steps on my SBM account to upload my Amazon invoice and tracking number, and was notified as soon as my item arrived at the SBM warehouse that it was ready to be shipped to my address.

While SMB's shipping was quick, my package did end up getting taken into US customs for the better part of two weeks. All told, it took about a month to receive my order from the initial date - five days to go from Amazon.ca to SBM, two days for SBM to ship my order, and the rest of the time spent in transit between Canada and the US.

Once my order arrived, everything inside was packaged and sealed very well, and I was also given a small, handwritten thank-you note from the person who put my order together. All in all, it was a simple, straightforward process. Shipping costs were fair, and even with having to pay the extra shipping to get my order, it was still cheaper than trying to find a similar item here in the US.

An absolute win-win, and a very trustworthy shipping partner!

Almost all proxy shipping services are pricey, so I'm not going to factor that into my rating. It's about the overall experience. The ease of use, great customer service, and fast shipping are more than enough to make up for it. They don't use wasteful packaging materials, only enough to keep your purchases safe in transit. I wouldn't have been able to buy things I've been trying to find for the better part of a decade if I hadn't found out about this website, so I'm extremely grateful for its existence. I look forward to using them again!
