The website interface made it easy for me to use, and I was instantly given a Canadian address when I signed up. The whole process went smoothly, and I was able to get my package for a reasonable shipping cost. I will definitely be using them again!

The service by Shipbymail is SECOND TO NONE! I’m SO GLAD I found their site! What made me trust trying this out was their BBB rating & that they were open to being registered with them. I appreciate my hassle free experiences I’ve had with them . ZERO DRAMA…ZERO ISSUES… just straight forward FAST SERVICE! Thank you!!! My only request is for Shipbymail to PLEASE expand their business so I can shop from the UK too & ship through them! If they did that, seriously, there would be no reason to any have any other forwarding services out there! God bless you Shipbymail… I may be late in the game finding out about them but I’m glad I did & evaded all the other terrible service out there!

Convenient, user-friendly, great customer service- just impeccable all around. From initial site registration to receiving my package and everything in between, i couldn't fault this service if i tried. In particular, their "BuyForMe" option is very convenient and saves a lot of hassle. Gladly rating 5-star and highly recommending.

I was very concerned about getting my parcel forwarded to me at first but in the end I was very happy with the service. I contacted customer support for something that was entirely my problem but they kindly helped me out anyway. Would definitely recommend Shipbymail and will likely be using it again in the future.
