I will gladly use Ship By Mail again. The service allowed me to order an item that was only available from a Canadian company that doesn't ship to the U.S. I wish they would expand to other countries.

This service worked well to get a package shipped to me in the USA from a Canadian vendor that only ships to Canada.
I'll be using Shipbymail again soon for another item I have coming.
The service is a little on the pricey side, and communication with customer service could be a little better, other than that, no complaints.

Super-fast consolidation and excellent safe packing by Emma (thank you!) Made it from Canada to UK in 4 days. There was an issue with Parcelforce in the UK (they claim they tried to deliver but didn't leave a card) but Shipbymail customer services responded quickly to help and I found the parcel soon after. I’m in the U.S. The new iPhone 16 here is all dual eSIMs. I need one with one eSIM and the other micro SIM which is available in Canada. I ordered one from Apple Store in Canada , delivered to ShipByMail and then ShipByMail shipped it to me in the U.S. The whole process was simple/smooth. I received it in 6 days including a weekend after placing the order in Apple Store online.
