I wasn't exactly sure how to use the service since I didn't know how to estimate the size and weight of the package that was going to be shipped by an online merchant. The merchant's ordering system also didn't let me enter my address in the exact format used by ShipbyMail. Each time I had an issue the online chat agent walked me step by step through the process I needed to follow. Excellent help that allowed me to use the service I needed.

I was a bit suprised about the shipping costs but this was the Most properly packed box I ever received. If you have fragile items and receive them all in best condition, I'm pretty happy to pay a bit more. Thanks for the great packing! This was not my last time using sipbymail.

I found a jacket from a company from america that I really wanted. It was sold out in my size. I found ship by mail and checked if they had the jacket in canada and they did. I was very happy. I repeated the same process a few times with other items.

I live in South America Guyana which is a far distance away from Canada of course. I was desperately looking for a way to have a order placed for an item that is only sold in Canada . I stumbled upon ship bymail coming down to the end of 2024. I thank God I found you guys. Because of this service I'm able to get my package in a good condition and also something I've ordered. I also enjoy the fact that you guys have this thing where you can send a image of the package as one of your service. I don't mind paying the fee for it because I don't mind supporting.

I got my package yesterday and just opened it. It had a nice thank you card and a persons name EMMA . Tell Emma I say thank you 😄. The item was also in a great condition.
I won't be doing my shopping anywhere else definitely not anytime soon.

I recently used ShipByMail Mexico to ship a package to Canada, and while the service itself was functional, there are some concerning practices that future customers should be aware of.

First, the company inflated the weight of my package. They claimed it weighed 1.4 kg or so, but when I received the parcel, the shipping label itself listed 1 kg, and upon weighing it myself, the actual weight was only 0.3 kg. Since their shipping fees are based on weight and dimensions, this inflated measurement led to me paying much higher shipping costs than necessary. The frustrating thing is you have no other option because they already have your package with them.

Second, despite providing accurate receipts to them, they overstated the value of the items inside my parcel, which caused me to pay extra duty fees. This was frustrating, as I had already supplied the correct information, but they ignored it, resulting in additional and avoidable expenses for me.

I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but these inaccurate practices directly increased my costs, in TOTAL I paid 3X what I was expecting to pay and I say this because I use parcel forwarding services a lot. I’m not saying you shouldn’t use their services—my package did arrive—but I strongly advise future customers to be cautious, verify all measurements and values, and be prepared for potential extra charges.

Transparency matters, and I hope the company takes steps to address these issues for better customer trust in the future.
