This is awesome forward company. I have tried different forwarder address to ship my package to Papua New Zealand, however, shipbymail is I can say best. All payments method are good, shipping method are good and shipping prices are reasonable.

Also good customer services with good communication.

I was looking everywhere for a camera that was sold out across the US when I came across it in stock in the brand's Canadian store. They could only ship to a Canadian address so I came across Shipbymail during my mail forwarder search. Within a few hours of my package being delivered to their warehouse, I got an email notification and the next day, it was on its way to me! All in all, it was a very smooth process which I would do again!

Everything was good, but my package got opened by customs and my boxing gloves have been taken out of the wrapping and I got my package back and it was not even closed.

Straightforward and reliable parcel forwarding

The shipping process went well, and a 3-shipment order was consolidated into a compact parcel that arrived super-fast in Australia by Canada Post Xpresspost International at a cost that was not much more than if I had sent it myself.
The only twist was that two of the three shipments were delivered to Shipbymail when its Vancouver office was closed (open 9am to 2pm Mon-Fri) but both succeeded on the second attempt.

Communication was amazing, service was equally great, this is my first time trusting Shipbymail and again they took great care with my package and everything arrived perfect and packaged carefully, thank you and I will be back, Liz

I was a little nervous at first! I was trying to get a suit from China, but it kept getting returned to the maker by customs. I decided to use this forwarding service, and even though it took a while, I got my product safely! I am super happy and the whole process was really easy! I will be using this service again the next time I have a big purchase!

This forwarding company was recommended by my (ready for this…) ChatGPT. Chat gave me step by step instructions and I’ll be darned if it wasn’t absolutely right about shipbymail. It was a pricey item and it arrived from Canada in perfect condition. I was informed of every step in the shipping process as it moved from carrier to carrier and to my door. If your experience is like mine, you won’t be disappointed. At its price point the service offers value.

At first, I was skeptical because of the amount. It was reasonable, considering where it's coming from. Rest assured, they shipped packages safely and very quick. I would do it again for my next purchase. It gave you options to feel at ease that they're punctual and trusting.

I have spent the whole day thinking who do I know lives out of the countryl. The answer was no one. How do I find someone to forward a package to me from another country. There must for someone. ASK the internet. Internet turned me on to Shipby. I am a lucky girl today. All my thoughts were answered.

I was skeptical, but I took reasonable precautions (secure credit card/PayPal, etc.). I wanted a specific fake-Lego set that apparently would only be shipped from Canada to Canada for REASONS. This company provided a method to get it, and they came through. The product arrived safely and soundly in a reasonable amount of time. (Being on the East Coast of the US, it was funny to watch something go from middle Canada to the West Coast to come all the way back East - if this group expands, maybe having a warehouse/site more centrally located would be good.) Overall, very pleased.
