I was skeptical at first. but the only way for me to get what I wanted in the USA was to try out Shipbymail.. I am so happy with how it all worked out and can't wait to use my Canadian address again!! Thank you guys for getting my package safe and fast.

I bought some clothes from this company called Kyodan in Aug, I've paid $182 CAD on Sep 24, which is really expensive. But ShipByMail hasn't even prepared to ship my package after 1 month passed by!! Today is Oct 27th, and there is NO REASON this company charged that much money and won't ship my items to US. I contacted customer service many many times, but they keep saying "we're preparing to ship your item." Oh well, this company is definitely a scam. DO NOT USE IT!!

What a reliable service! I've used Ship By Mail many times now, and they never disappoint. Every item has arrived safely, and the process always works exactly as it should. It's rare to find a service this consistently trustworthy. My highest recommendation!

It took a whole life to process the package(4 days though they marketed max 2 business days) though once processed it was super fast to deliver. The customer service took more than 48h to answer though they were kind and willing to help. However, I give them a 5 star rate cause in a weekend they managed to send a package from Canada to Spain. Thanks

The communication between shipbymail and myself was timely. They answered all questions. To the point, the shipment arrived on time from Canada to Thailand specifically in 5 days. I am very happy camper and I will definitely use their service again. Thank you.

Awful, slow and lack of communication. I am still yet to receive my good and they have been paid for shipping over 10 days ago. By the time they arrive I will be unable to return. If you need anything writhing 6 weeks of ordering I would

Good, fast service

These guys have altered the way I buy in North America. The worry of tariffs has stopped me buying in Canada and importing to the us before forward shipping to the uk. Now I have my Canadian packages sent by shipbymail. Looking forward to being with these guys for the long haul.

This is my first time using Shipbymail and for sure it will not be my last. My order came well packed and without any delays. Also the website is easy to use and everything was clear.

Got a gift certificate from Amazon Canada and wanted to find a way to ship to Jamaica and found this option. Was hesitant a first to but decided to give it a try. I was alerted when packages were delivered to location. I used UPS and the package was delivered right to my house. A bit pricey but worth the convenience

ShipbyMail is the best, easiest and most affordable service for us to send returns from Amazon.ca to our USA headquarters. The process is easy and straightforward with only a few clicks and the cost is competitive. There are some extreme fees if you exceed the free tier but you can avoid them because they send regular notifications.

I am extremely pleased with my order, the process, and overall experience with Shipbymail! Actively updated and communicated with me regarding my order. Shipped and arrived very quickly, a lot faster than I was expecting! Will definitely be using them for future purchases. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family!
