Brilliant experience from start to finish. Easy to book online and arrange what car you’d like and where you’d like to pick up/drop off. You pay a small deposit and provide all your details to save time ant pick up and a WhatsApp group is created for your booking. There’s no extra fees, and no upsell, the price quoted is the price you pay

Julie was great at communicating and gave us lots of information about the car and places to visit. We didn’t have any problems but if we had, she would’ve been easy to contact

This is our third positive experience of hiring with Simila. Vehicle arrived at our Hotel as arranged. We had an issue which was swiftly dealt with and although the car should have been returned on the Tuesday we were told to keep it until lunch time the following day, to compensate us.

We attended without an appointment as a walk in looking for a hire car and were told two were available. We chose a Kia Stonic and were given instructions to return it full of fuel. No credit card blocking large deposit was great. We got to the car which actually was very dirty and had about 1/4 tank of fuel. This was sorted with a trip to the local garage for a full clean and refuel on Simila’s account, problem solved. The car was great and got us around Cyprus with ease and very economical on fuel. Yes, we would use again.

We are so pleased we hired a car from Simila Cyprus car rentals on our recent holiday to Paphos. Everything was so easy to arrange, their prices were really competitive, they provided us with a free upgrade to a 2024 Kia Picanto and arranged delivery to and from our Hotel which was so convenient. Beforehand we set up a group whatsapp with Julie at Simila and forwarded our passports, Dr Lic , payment etc to her so everything was already sorted at pick up. The fact that we had her contact details in case of need was also a plus. We found driving all over Cyprus a breeze in the automatic car.
Would definitely 100% recommend this Company and we will use Simila again on our next visit to Cyprus. Thank you Julie for all your help.

Second time of using Simila car hire and can highly recommend them to anyone wanting a hassle free car hire experience. The communication from pre-flight arrangements through to airport pick up and return worked seamlessly through their WhatsApp chap and they were prompt in responding to any query. Great value and completely trustworthy.

Excellent service, there was good communication from start to finish. No hidden charges like lots of hire companies do. Pick up was perfect it took about 5 minutes and we were on our way to enjoy our holiday. Just before drop off day communications were good. As I finished refuelling, as agreed the driver turned up to pick the car up. A perfect service all round.

Once again Simila excelled in service and delivery! We needed a car for our month’s stay and with one quick call to Simon he arranged a great little car for pickup the next day. We have used Simila on past trips and have always had great service and VERY competitive prices including no nonsense insurance and this trip was no different.

We had the car all September and dropped the car back very close to Paphos airport saving us the cost of an airport taxi.

I rented a car from Simila Cyprus for 4 days during my stay in Cyprus, and the experience was absolutely excellent. Simon and his wife went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Not only was the car in great condition and the rental process seamless, but they also personally met us late at night and kindly accompanied us to our villa. Their dedication and personal touch made all the difference. Highly recommended!
