A British owned and run company with a great simple process for booking a car rental.

Pricing are amongst the cheapest I've seen and the flexibility and helpfulness of the staff add value.

Hassle-free car hire. A quick WhatsApp, pay the deposit, car is delivered, you have great days out in it and then it gets collected from the hotel. What's not to like? I recommended Simila to other people in the hotel who were thinking about car hire, they're unbeatable!

Excellent service from Simon and Julie. We found Simila through looking at other reviews and you won't be disappointed. We had a really good price for 10 days car hire and included picking us up at our hotel with the hire car and taking us to the airport, we were dropped off at the door.

A professional and friendly company, helpful providing local knowledge and information on places to visit and things to do. We were confident and comfortable with the service and reassured that we wouldn't have an unsafe or unreliable vehicle. Having a Whatsapp group created for the duration of the hire period is a lovely touch and made us feel that support was there for us if needed. Would be happy to use their services again in the future.

We've rented cars from Simila twice in recent weeks. First a Kia Stonic, and then a Seat Arona (brand new). Both cars were flawless. But the thing that really sets Simila apart is all the information they provided relevant to our journey. I enjoyed talking to Simon and Julie at their office. They're very knowledgeable, and their WhatsApp Community page is full of relevant information for anyone renting a car in Cyprus. They really go the extra mile for their customers, which is unmatched in my experience with car rental companies. Pick up and drop off arrangements were very well explained and practical. Highly recommended!

Simila Car Rental is a great company and We highly recommend anyone to use them.
We visit Cyprus several times a year and always use their cars. Simon and his Team provide excellent 5 Star Customer Service. We always collect our car from the airport and the whole experience from booking to collecting and returning the car is very easy.
Communication is done through WhatsApp and is very simple to follow. There are no hidden costs, the price quoted for hire is the price you pay.
When our flight has been delayed no matter what time of day our car has always been waiting for us when we arrive. We are always supplied with lots of leaflets and information for our trip along with some discount opportunities for several experiences.

It was my first encounter with Simila, and the customer experience they're giving is second to none! The booking process is guided via WhatsApp. What you see is what you get - all T&Cs are clearly outlined during booking. No hidden fees, charges, etc. No credit card block either. On the pick-up day, contact is being maintained via WhatsApp, right to the pick-up spot. The car I received was clean and well maintained - at that moment, they demonstrated the genuine interest in the customer! Simon, the owner, couldn't be any more pleasant to deal with! He went above and beyond with providing all the info regarding driving in Cyprus, places worth seeing, and great places to eat. He supplied us with very useful maps and leaflets for the Paphos area. Also, little bit later, we received a ton of sightseeing tips via WhatsApp. All that was priceless info as it was coming from an experienced local! We were looking for a rented car for our stay near to Paphos in Cyprus. I was contacted by Simon from Simila Cyprus, who provided us with a Nissan Note car which met our needs. Very friendly service and very easy to get on with.

Very easy to book, very responsive and reasonably priced. The car was exactly as described and was delivered to my hotel in Paphos on time, with a lot of information about things to do/places to visit and some discount vouchers. I called on the day the car was orginally due to be returned to ask if we would extend for and extra 2 days and this was accommodated. The car was then collected from my hotel exactly on time. All in all a very postive and smooth experience so would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish. From the helpful advice given when we were trying to decide the best options for a group of 8 and all the luggage to all the information and ideas of what to do while we were there. Pick up and drop off was simple and quick. Cars were perfect for our needs and all communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again. Fantastic service, walked into the office and diacussed types of cars and came out with a reasonable deal and able to get the car 2 days after at a great price. Was put into a whatsapp group within minutes with handy leaflets, maps and discounts as well as the car being dropped at the complex. All staff we interacted with were friendly, calming and informative about the local area and high reccommendations.

Perfect from start to finish and great communication

Excellent company to deal with, friendly and very helpfull. No problem as a 74 year old driver, car was new, and very clean and tidy. We were given good advice, also tips to help us enjoy our stay. Would not hesitate to use again for our next vist.
