Arranged pick up from airport and we ended up being delayed for over 2 hours.The car was there waiting for us along with a very lovely guy (sorry, I know you're the owner but didn't catch your name!) who was good humoured and professional despite the late hour. Car was very clean and instructions to pick up/drop off were clear and communication all round was brilliant. I shopped around for both good reviews and price. Other car rental places may look cheaper but once you add all the add-ons into the price, Simila were good value. I would definitely hire a car from them again, without a doubt. 5*

Walked in off the street and asked for three days car hire if available.
We asked each other a few questions and I sighed a form. I was never asked to load a credit card etc. Payed what I thought was a great deal compared to what other local companies were asking.
Was driven to a nearly new automatic car. Got in and off we went. This company is one of those hard to find decent ones.
Next time I will book ahead. My age 77 and was not loaded because of it.

Fantastic hire car company. Very responsive. Very easy to hire a car with them. The process for us was effortless and they even bring the hire car to your hotel. The car was great, immaculate inside out and very modern. Was able to hook my phone to the car so could use Google maps which was so useful and accurate when exploring Paphos and other areas. Will definitely use this company when I’m back in Paphos again and would recommend the company to anyone. Thank you so much Simila and your fabulous staff

I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough! I took my younger sister to Cyprus and it was my first time driving abroad so I was very anxious and as soon as they knew this they did not everything they could to put me at ease. Our flight was delayed by a few hours and they didn’t complain once. They was extremely understanding. They even drove me pretty much to my accommodation (well I followed behind) as their office was only two minutes away from where we were staying. When I arrived at the accommodation we couldn’t access into the building and since it was late I had nobody to turn to as this was an air b&b so I ended up messaging these guys who was again, extremely willing and helpful. Honestly, they just went above and beyond in all aspects. I felt very safe with this company to the point of I had of had any trouble or concerns around anything I would feel I could have turned to them for help. Great team, great car and truly went above and beyond. They communicated extremely well and never pushy like sales. Definitely using them again!

Would not hesitate to use Simila on our next visit, the vehicle was delivered to us at our hotel bang on time by Julie who was extremely helpful, the car was spotless and in tip top condition, on the collection day we had booked a trip but that was not a problem, we left the key at the hotel reception and the car was collected, we paid cash on the day, there was no credit card details asked for.

Excellent company with great and helpful people would not hesitate to use them agian would strongly recommend 👍

We had a very pleasant experience with Simila Cyprus Team. The booking process was simple, the car was clean, in good condition, with the full tank. Julie offered us the best advice for left-hand traffic in Cyprus, for routes and places to visit. The communication was very good, she gave us some useful brochures for places and things to do in Cyprus like boat trip to Blue Lagoon with substantial money off. Easy pick up and drop off, no deposit needed. It was a pleasure to do bussines with Simila Rent a car and we highly recommend to use their professional services. See you next time! Great hire car company, they delivered the car to our apartment and we were able to drop it back to the airport.

Arranged hire last minute at 23:00, it was so easy with Simon's help. Car was with me.. delivered to my doorstep, before midday the following morning. Simon and team provide excellent customer service, the car was great and everything worked. Couldn't have asked for anything else. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
