Simon and his assistant Julie are from other dimension. Great service, tips and real maps gives you best of old school feeling. Nice brand new automatic smallish KIA Picanto will serve you well and it's great help if you are not used to drive on the left side of the road and seat on the right side. At the end on Simon's name you get good discounts on some places/areas you might like to visit.
All in all geat service altogether!

Amazing experience. I always prefer local car rental companies with great reviews and I never regret. Simon was very nice and helpful, he gave us all important instructions about the car and driving in Cyprus. He also recommended us many places to visit, restaurants, museums, boat trips with special price only for Simila clients. The drop-off was seemless as well, Julie was very nice and kind. This is how successful business should be done. Forget about big rental companies like Avis or Sixt, support local and honest businesses.

Absolutely fantastic; start to finish!! Naively, I didn’t think to actually book before I rocked up expecting to be able to get a rental car on the same day. Fortunately; they had a car returning that very same hour. I was advised the car needed to go get a battery replacement as it had just had a battery related issue but I was desperate for the car. (It was bank holiday so he couldn’t get a battery same day) Simon agreed to provide me with the car anyway and provide me with a jumper pack, just incase. On collection of the car, I was provided with a list of recommendations, places to go, places to eat etc. also a little discount to some excursions! The first day; the car was brilliant. No issues. The following morning, the battery was dead. I messaged them on WhatsApp to advise the issue had arisen; just as I got the car started Simon was already on his way to my hotel with a replacement! From problem to new car took around 30 minutes. I could not be more grateful to the team. Simply amazing. Could not rate them highly enough and will definitely be using them when we return to paphos in the future!

Used their car rental service for a week in Cyprus and everything went smoothly. Plane arrived an hour earlier, but we got the car right away, didn't need to wait. They gave useful info where to go and returning the car was easy. Communication through WhatsApp was smooth. Very happy with their service.

This was the second time that we had booked our Paphos holiday hire car with Simila, having used them a couple of years ago and been very pleased with the whole experience back then. This year, the service was every bit as good - from the original contact when making the booking, right through to the service received when we were at our hotel.
The communication and help received throughout was really excellent, and the car that was delivered to us at our hotel was not only exceptionally clean but virtually brand new! Apart from the maps, the additional suggestions for trips out were also much appreciated.
We will certainly have no hesitation in booking with Simila when we next return to Paphos.

What can we say other than ‘excellent’ we have used Similia four times over the last 18 months and every interaction with this company has been fabulous. Hired cars many times on holiday and can’t not say it’s normally with dread and expectation of being many £££’s out of pocket. At first I thought reviews of Simila were too good to be true. But given how many and how much detail they had I thought worth a try. Will ‘never’ book with anyone else in Cyprus. Communication is excellent, keen competitive price, absolutely no hidden extras. It’s what car hire should be. Special thanks to Julie, had us in car and on our way within 10 mins of arrival and car handover was 60 secs on return. She kept in touch and made sure everything was ok, even to restaurant recommendations and added reassurance when returning to airport. Amazing service and pleasure to do business with.
