We decided to book a car for a few days but had no joy from our rep at the hotel. So I went on line and typed in what’s the best car hire in Cyprus and the reviews did this company proud. Very professional service from start to finish and with a small deposit over the phone my car was delivered next morning. Full insurance cover and with a little extra money we got zero excess. After three days car hire your company collected the vehicle from our hotel, so no hassle for me . I will definitely use your company again. Thanks once again.

Brilliant 5 star service. No additional costs to pay, just one signature and a couple of minutes! Great, friendly service, good communication and everything on time. Thoroughly recommended.

no upfront security deposit, new cars and great staff. The car was delivered to our hotel at an arranged time and I returned the car at the airport. The car handover was so simple all done by the gorgeous Julie and was returned to Simon the nicest friendliest guy you could ever wish to meet. All was arranged by email or WhatsApp.
Would I use again HELL YES !

Didn’t book a car before we came, we needed a bigger car, for 6. Someone recommended Simila on, We love Paphos page on Facebook. Within the hour we were sorted, and they delivered the car to us at our villa next day. Great service, and reliable.

Picking up our hire car at Paphos airport was so easy and Julie who met us was really friendly and helpful. It was so convenient to just walk out of the airport and for the car to be a few yards away. The paperwork took only a couple of minutes and after a nice chat with Julie we were on our way. Again, when we returned the car Julie was at the drop off point and in a matter of minutes we were all sorted. It is also very handy to use the petrol station just over the road before dropping off.

Once again we were met by a representative from Simila who delivered our car within minutes of exiting the airport. The car was sufficient for our needs and the cost was very reasonable. Car was very clean and well looked after. This is the second time we have used Simila and we will be using again next year.

We booked a rental car through Simila after researching best rentals in Cyprus. It was such an easy process to book with different options for payment. Lots of guidance prior to arriving and they were there waiting for us as soon as walked out of the doors to the airport. It couldn’t have been any easier, no desks to go to, no car park to find, no car to find in a car park and we dropped it back off at the airport in the exact same place we picked it up. Simon and the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Couple of days upon arriving Simon sent some lovely recommendations for days out, activities and places to eat. There were also leaflets in the car with vouchers to use too! Would highly recommend if travelling in Cyprus.

The Simila team made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. The Car was dropped off at our hotel nice and early and the team were so accommodating when I wanted to keep the car an extra hour.
The list of places to visit, eat and excursions was a lovely touch and we did book a boat trip with one of Simila's recommended trips.

We hired the new Kia Stonic for 5 days in July and would 100% recommend Simila. We prebooked online paying a deposit and paid remaining balance in cash when car was delivered to our hotel in Paphos. Amazing updates via WhatsApp from Simon day before and day of drop off. Problem free drop off and collection. We were sent some routes to do via WhatsApp and went to some of the places. Given some great tips on driving in Cyprus too - it was our first time here. Car was great and as described plus prices were fabulous. Will 100% use Simila again if we return to Cyprus in 2024.

Really happy that I used Simila for my car hire in Paphos. Straight forward booking process and the delivery and drop off was very easy.
I had a little problem with my car, but Simon was with me and the problem solved within the hour so I was very happy. Honest and reliable - I would definitely use Simila again.

Like many others, had read good reviews of Simila Car Rental, so called them early on the morning after our arrival.
Simon was able to arrange a car for us almost immediately and by around 10am we were on our way!
Simon was very friendly, helpful and provided plenty of commentary about Cyprus as well as links to places to visit / eat and tour routes via WhatsApp group, which was also for any communication, if required.
Because of the really short notice, we were only able to choose a small Nissan Note, but it was in perfect condition and handled everything it was expected to. Next time, I will plan more in advance and book something with a little more "poke" to handle some of the steeper, tougher roads around Cyprus. As this was our first visit, however, it took us everywhere we wanted to go without any trouble!
Will definitely use Simila Car Rental again on our next visit. Many thanks again to Simon and his team!

The service was excellent. Decided with only 3 days left of our holiday to hire a car and do some exploring. Contacted Simila that evening and by just after 9am the next day had a car hired. Very friendly people. Simon was great Sent us loads of links of placed to go and explore. Can't ask for more. Would highly recommend.

Simon and team provided great communication, car was in great condition and pickup and drop-off were smooth, no minibus to the car, just waiting outside the terminal! Highly recommended!

Great experience all around with Simila. Simon answered my questions and helped with my original booking. On arrival Simon meet us at the Airport with our car, all very straightforward and easy. Simila were professional and friendly at all times, highly recommend.
