First trip to Cyprus had read in advance good reviews re this car hire co so decided on day 2 to enquire. Simon was able to provide us with a car the next day, delivered to our holiday accommodation. Great service, v genuine guy. Received his maps via WhatsApp and took visits to Omodos, Paphos, Pissouri. Easy driving and extra useful in the heat to pass the time exploring rather than baking by the pool. Happily recommend service and good value for money. Thanks Simon and co.

Excellent service, pick up and drop off at my hotel, no deposit blocking my card. Had a problem with a fan belt and they came out and changed the car within 30 minutes. Highly recommended

Communication was second to none. Hired a Toyota for 3 days and had a marvellous time driving around Cyprus for our first visit. We were sent lots of information with regards to recommended places to visit. Communication was via wattsapp but just knowing you can also call them at anytime put us at ease. Lovely people to deal with which made it a very pleasurable experience that we will repeat again on our next visit.

Simon and Raimonda were extremely kind and helpful. We had been a little stressed about the car rental aspect of the holiday but the team made the process extremely smooth and stress free. They provided lots of tips and advice for travel and also gave us some ideas of things to do which was great.
They set up WhatsApp groups to communicate with you throughout the rental period and they were very responsive.

I would recommend using Simila over anyone for car rental. Great experience from beginning to end.

Simon and his team are super friendly and communicate with you on a very individual level. They provided plenty of information in advance and greeted us directly at the airport with the cars. Most convenient pick-up and return of rental cars I ever had! The cars were in a fine condition, good enough to get around. Cars were a little bit older and smaller than expected, the booking said Ford Focus and we got Nissan Notes. Not a big difference but this should be updated on the website maybe. Still suited our needs perfectly! We booked with Simila mostly for the convenience and no Deposit / liability while being fully insured for a very fair price, and we were more than satisfied! Many car rentals are quite intransparent with hidden costs, this will not happen here :)

We also loved the plenty of tips for activities on Cyprus and very delightful chats with Simon and his colleague.

Would definitely come back and recommend for anyone having a carefree experience with renting!

Family run business - Stress-free car hire.

Excellent service sets Simila apart from other car hire companies! The car was delivered direct to our apartment and picked up from the airport at 5am with no fuss - much easier than with the big car hire companies were you have to get shuttled to and from their base.
Simon, the owner is ready to help with everything - easy paper work, no hassles, tips and advice on routes and places to visit, etc. Price was very reasonable for a decent, clean car with gave us no problems over the 10 day hire. A good experience with Simila - very highly recommended

I was looking for a car rental company in Cyprus with good recommendations on Google. Simila excels in the amount of good recommendations! The price was also good, with good insurance coverage. But the important thing for me was - personal attitude of the company staff. And I received really personal attention from Ludmila and Raymonda - they answered all the questions via WhatsApp. I especially want to mention Simon, the owner of the company - he answered questions, met me personally at the airport, explained and gave a short driving lesson on the roads of Cyprus, calmed me down for my first trip (I was quite stressed), was always in touch. A really positive experience of meeting a special person :)
We took a Nissan Note E12 automatic. The vehicle we received was clean in good mechanical and external condition, we enjoyed it.

In conclusion, I must say that I am a rather strict and skeptical customer, but SIMILA pleasantly surprised me. Really great customer experience, highly recommend!

Straightforward online application Saturday midnight. Early response in the morning, a Sunday morning! Car was at the hotel by 1100am! With a phone holder I requested (no extra charge). With a quick inspection and useful instructions and tips I was on the road. Again a hassle free return at the hotel.

A huge thanks to Raimonda for this seamless and stressfree experience. I must commend her excellent communication (WhatsApp). Also Simon for responding initially even though he was in Maldives at the time!

Booked my rental car reading the reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. Simon brought the car to the hotel in morning . Car was clean, great service, great communication with the wats app group, provided all the information and places to visit. Everything straight forward. No deposit, no credit card details, option to zero excess. Booking process was very simple and clear. Car collected from hotel after use, just drop the key in reception. Good family business and highly recommend if you’re after a hassle free holiday.
