The handover was fast and smooth. The recommended tips and routes were usefull. There is no booking fee. The communication was excellent, we regulary received various information. They accept cash also. We highly recommand to try Simila and you wont need anything else.

Ho scoperto i servizi di Simila attraverso internet, e prima di partire per Cipro ho prenotato un'auto (Nissan Note - cambio manuale).
Lo staff di Simila è stato fin da subito disponibile e mi ha aiutato nei vari passaggi (con email e messaggi watsup).
Arrivati all'aeroporto di Pafos è stato molto semplice trovare l'auto e, grazie ai consigli di Simon io e mia moglie siamo subito partiti per Limassol.
Durante la settimana di soggiorno a Cipro non abbiamo avuto particolari necessità, ma grazie alla chat su watsup avremmo potuto contattare in ogni momento lo staff.

Having been aboard on holiday for more than 20 years can whole heartily say that Simon and his team at Simila Cyprus car rental have been the best from start to finish early communication from the initial booking taking all the details and like driving licences etc so you can just get in your rental car and enjoy your holiday rather than queuing at a rental desks for hours !!!!. Picking up and dropping off car was so easy. Just simple communication is the key, so I would and will recommend Simila car rental to all my family/Friends

We use car rentals abroad several times a year and I can honestly say the service provided by Simila is the best by far. From booking through to completion Simon, Ludmilla and team have been superb. I had such a wonderful experience with this company. I always get a bit stressed with car hire and all of the extras. This could not have been more straight forward. And they meet you kerbside at the airport. It was a seamless experience and I would not hesitate to use them when I return to Cyprus. Returning the car was just as easy, kerbside at the airport!

5 star service & experience, excellent communications from booking to arriving & leaving. Pick & drop off right outside Paphos airport terminal so no waiting around or walking to the car hire compound nearby. Car hired on 5th August for 2 weeks, competitively priced & no loading of your cards for the insurance excess. I've used the big hire car companies in the past & won't be using them again as I will use Simila if in Cyprus again.

Just back from Cyprus and used Simila car hire. Absolutely first class service. Simon met us at the airport, we paid the balance in cash to save fees and we were away in minutes. Good guides in car and we got a 20% discount on a Blue Lagoon boat trip by quoting Simila. Drop off was equally easy as we were met at departures at the agreed time and simply handed the keys over. No messing about at offsite car rental offices. Good communication throughout via WhatsApp. Highly recommend Simila.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Paphos and hired a car from Simila car hire.
We chose Simila this time based on other reviews we had read.
We had excellent service from start to finish, and at a reasonable price.
All correspondence was up to the minute when contacting them on WhatsApp, as soon as we came through baggage claim and walked outside we were met by Simon with our hire car.
We paid cash at the airport to save processing time and card fee’s.
All of the paperwork was explained and sorted on minutes and after a few tips on places to see we were on our way.
Simon even gave recommendations to various places where could get discounted prices just by mentioning Simila car hire, particularly we received -15% off Latchi speed boat hire which we had pre planned to book anyway.

The whole car hire experience was so simple and a lot less stressful the the main stream companies in the airport which I have used previously, and no hard sell with the excess insurance either.

Fabulous service from Simon and his team. He was so helpful in providing maps, special offers and personal experiences of the best use of our holiday time. We loved the car and there were absolutely no problems. When we did make contact with Simon, minor queries and time arrangements, he alway replied straight away.
The drop off at the airport was a great touch, too! So helpful and stress free.

Wanted a car for a few days while in Cyprus. Chose Simila after chatting to him.(No stupid deposits) He Dropped the car off at the hotel and picked it up, excellent service. What a fantastic company, they made everything so easy. We asked if our car be delivered to our apartment and it came on time, they give us a little pack that provided us with some very useful places to visit. The car was then collected from our apartment. A truly personal service from a family run business, superb.

After using international car hire firms, with all their add on charges and impersonal service, it was a pleasure to find a small privately owned car hire company that has one price and provides excellent service. The whole process from initial inquiry to the car return, was simple and uncomplicated. We will definitely be using Simila again.
